Pillows are better for beautiful sleep. We had earlier stayed here. |The beds are soft. |The staff on reception is better at communication. |They are helpful in solving my issues. |For any queries being asked they co-operate with us and reply in a smooth and careful manner so as to not harm or erupt our anger. |Cleanliness is better. |If possible please attach instructions under the toilet passage to understand how to operate it. |Else everything is proper.

Worst experience in this hotel receptionist behaviour is very rood in hotel bed is not clean there is no towel in room and tv is not working and there is too much electricity problem and Ac is also not working properly and they charged 2200 for that room worst experience at all the time I don't suggest anyone go to this hotel

Hotel is excellent. Staff is very professional and humble. I had a very good stay. Food is very good. Ambience of room is very good. Rooms are clean. Washroom are excellent. People are good. Overall general condition of hotel is very good. :)

Washroom is not clean and room door are very old and tv is not working terrible experience.

Staff is very good, but rooms are not good, flush shower and tap are not working well, ac not working , bed sheets are not clean, room size is very good but it's not maintain well ,poor condition of room , location is good but need to maintain the room as per hotel standards

I had booked with breakfast but they didn't provide breakfast even after telling again and again. The staff is not cooperative. No windows in the room. You'll not know if it's day or night. Overcharged for the amenities they provide.
