Rooms = Clean, sanitized & well maintained. Staff = So Polite and Helpful. Food = Is normally good. Navigate easily. Car parking is not that big enough, Hardly 2 caravans can park in Hotels parking, and then others need to park on roadside parallel to Hotels wall. Interior structure is kind of a old rajwada type, stairs and other things are so nice. Pricing is very low as compared to other hotels... I get 2 rooms in 2k...

I checked into this hotel. Seeing the condition of the bedsheets i was amused as how could they even offer this kind of bedsheet and expect their guest to sleep on it. It looked like they have not cleaned the room for a year. Some kind of oily liquid on the table god knows what. I did not spend more than 5 minutes and checked out ASAP. Terrible experience and fishy atmosphere. If you don't want a bad experience don't even set foot in this hotel.

I am shocked to see that OYO has been associated with this hotel! They have hot water supply in bathroom, and when I opened the tap, the water was actually boiling. No cold water option once the geyser is turned ON. I called up at the reception desk to supply cold water too. To my utter shock and disappointment, after half an hour and a bunch of repeated complaint calls, finally they supplied cold water. I was locked up in the bathroom for half an hour as I was in the mid of my shower. After half an hour only cold water supply, no hot water! So either you burn yourself or freeze to death. I really wonder if the OYO standard has gone down or this is actually an OYO property.. Not recommended to stay at all.

The hotel is doing fraud. Initially while we book the hotel in the oyo app, they show us hotel price at around Rs. 500-600. But when we reach the hotel, they demand extra money. In my case, they demanded Rs. 350 extra. OTHER THAN WHAT I HAD ALREADY PAID. And clearly say they you can contact oyo, we won't provide room at the mentioned price earlier in the app. And the worst part it, when we call oyo, they too don't provide the assistance. I suggest you to keep this in mind before planning to visit here.

Washrooms can be better. Rooms cleaned once we got the same. But, regular cleaning of both rooms and washrooms is expected. Even change of bedsheets.

Very neat and clean rooms, with affordable prices at great location. Service js great as well.
