Worst hotel services ,I booked this hotel with all floors for my brothers wedding ,my personal suggestion never ever book a wedding in this hotel,,the owner is totally money minded ,poor service ,they will ask all money in advance,,then will make u suffer for services ,,they won't provide ac cooling system in hall,,,at last they will provide coolers arrangement that too was not able to cool,,also they won't support with electricity in sangeet function ,they have no electricity back up for Sangeet will ask u for generator service with charges at last moment saying load is not permitted ,,the manager is quite good but can't work against owner ,,as owner just need to save money with electricity and make money for charging different things ..the rooms are no doubt good,,ambience is also good,,but only thing is if u don't get service after paying such huge amount ,,and also at function u r not getting cooling system and electricity fails what u will do,,so I big no for wedding venue in this hotel

They have a big garden to cater to a large gathering but need to work on the quality of food especially during winters when good hot food is what one requires.

Basic amenities, such as water, clean towels, and toilet paper, were not readily available. Mr. Manoj, the manager, displayed an unprofessional attitude by outright denying these essential items. Do not have option for negetive rating that is the reason I have to provide 1 star. I strongly advise against booking this establishment for any occasion, even for a short stay."

One of the worst hotels in bhopal. My daughter had to cry with tears for a glass of milk. Which made 4 hrs late by the staff. There were issues with hot water. Horrible services.

Rooms are neat and clean upto the standard. AC is not working properly. Dinning Hall ???? A problem .

This is a very beautiful place. I've visited it in the night for the first time. The food taste is very good as well. Night lights in the hotel are very fascinating. It's interior is just amazing. Food is available at a reasonable rate as per the ambience of this hotel. This is mainly booked for marriage and occasional purposes. This has a very nice marriage garden. Although this place is not so good for dining area and restaurant area, but good in other terms. When I've visited this place, weather was very good. Staff at this place is very friendly. This hotel is on the road at the highway side. This is out of the city
