just love it Amazing Experience! Highly Recommended! I had an incredible stay at HOTEL OM PALACE ! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and extremely professional. The check-in process was smooth, and the service throughout my stay was top-notch. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and had a breathtaking view. The bed was super comfortable, and all amenities were well-maintained. The hotel's facilities, including the pool, gym, and spa, were exceptional and added to the luxury experience. The food was absolutely delicious! The breakfast buffet had a great variety, and the on-site restaurant served some of the best meals I've had while traveling. The location was perfect--easily accessible and close to major attractions. The overall ambiance was relaxing and elegant, making my stay truly unforgettable. I highly recommend HOTEL OM PALACE to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. Can't wait to visit again!

I did a bulk booking of 12 rooms for 4 days due to a family event. The rooms looked okay initially, but get to find out the truth while doing a closer inspection. 1. Most of the rooms were handed over without proper cleaning. The rooms had dirty bedsheets and the washrooms were also unclean. 2. More than half of the light not working (in my room). 3. Most of washroom were wet because of leakage from health faucets. 4. Water pressure was very low in most of the rooms, and once empty, it took 10-15 minutes for the flush to fill up. 5. Rude staff and horrible service. The staff was non complaint and rude. Specially the guy at the reception (Dev ). I ordered tea once, and had to follow up multiple times, then ended up cancelling the order after waiting for more than an hour. I would suggest anyone (with common sense) to stay away from this hotel.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at Hotel Om Palace deserves to be highlighted. We were traveling as a family with our 3-year-old daughter, and what should've been a comfortable stay turned into a very stressful one. First, the room was not ready on time. Once we checked in, we found the room to be dusty and unhygienic -- the floor hadn't been cleaned properly, and the bathroom smelled awful. But what really shocked us was the complete disregard for guest comfort. On our second night, a religious event (jagrata) hosted by other guests went on all night with loudspeakers blaring. It was impossible to sleep. We requested the hotel staff to intervene -- especially considering we had a small child -- but they chose to ignore our plea. This level of neglect and lack of basic hospitality is deeply disappointing. I booked this property via FabHotels expecting some standard of quality, but this experience has left us very dissatisfied. I hope FabHotels takes this feedback seriously and reevaluates its association with this property.

Absolutely horrible stay. We spent 3 miserable days here--no cleaning, no towel or bedsheet changes, nothing. The TV cable was dead and only got fixed after endless complaints and nearly two days. The bathroom had no exhaust, so it reeked horribly and the smell spread through the room. Disgusting conditions, zero service--this place shouldn't even be open to guests.

The rooms are okay but washrooms are just pathetic! Washrooms are stinky dirty , the flush was not working, there were several leakages. Room service is out of question as the phone was not working so you have to go b to reception to order something. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

I recently stayed at Om Palace, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
