"Manpreet Hotel: A Mediocre Experience" Staying at Manpreet Hotel, which is also an OYO property, left much to be desired. While the hotel boasts of being a budget-friendly accommodation option, the overall experience fell short of expectations. The room provided was fairly basic, with minimal amenities and outdated furnishings. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was subpar, and there were signs of wear and tear throughout the property. The hotel staff seemed indifferent and lacked professionalism, making check-in and check-out processes less than smooth. Requests for assistance or additional amenities were met with slow response times and sometimes even indifference. Moreover, the location of the hotel was not ideal, with limited dining options and attractions nearby. Guests were left with few choices for dining or entertainment within walking distance. Overall, while Manpreet Hotel may offer affordable rates, the lackluster accommodations, indifferent service, and less-than-ideal location make it a less than impressive choice for travelers looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The warm welcome, impeccable room, and exceptional service made my experience truly delightful. The dining was exquisite, and the convenient location was a bonus. Highly recommended for an unforgettable stay.

Had worst experience Premium rooms had mice and ants in the room Despite informing them, the staff just laughed it off and just gave the lame reasons during checkout. Would suggest not to book it Very poor service and impolite staff member. Wish it had half star rating available

Dreadful experience. Mice were falling on bed at night. Staff didn't acknowledge the suffering politely and instead were fighting over tariff. Damage caused to personal belongings by rats was not acknowledged and handled well. This was the condition of premium room. And this behaviour was towards a loyal and old customer.

Very bad experience. When I booked the hotel from Oyo app it was showing AC room but when I come for check in a fatty man sitting on reception told no it's non ac and when I said ok we have no need of ac then I saw all the non ac room fan was moving like damaged .and the fan of ac room was very very speedy .I have to take ac for which he take 250 rs per day . Check in time was 12:00 pm but our train arrived to bhopal at 8 and we reached to hotel upto 8:30 .The fatty man was saying to other receptionist that take extra sitting charge from them because we were waiting for 12 pm in waiting area . They have rooms and we were very tired due to long journey but he didn't have before 12. After we get room we were shocked that the bedsheet was having blood which was not washed properly .Curtains were very dirty .Blanket were very bad .Overall this hotel is worthless if you're paying more than 500 pr night .

Worst in all respect. Very dirty. The geyser is not working ( changed to another room), doors cannot be locked, the bed covers are dirty, the toilets are unhygienic. When complaint, they response was not good. Basic requirements in a room like soap, water, towel was not there. I have visited so many places with family in the country but never had such an experience .

Congrats Hotel Maanpreet, for getting 1 star because you actually didn't deserve this one star also.||The horrible experience starts from the warm welcome where My online booking was not at all considered though full payment was already made in advance, then somehow they managed to give me keys by charging 50% more on cash inspite of 100% payment done well in advance.||||Now what words should I say in appreciation as per the photographs attached.||1. KEY HOLDER for rooms Electricity completely detached as a result light/fan/AC starts cutting off every now and then.||2. Wonderful Shower where water comes in a worst way from Tap also and holes were like dummy holes just to show.||3. Very soft pillow where cover was used to push in just the leftover cushion I guess and Bed was no longer white enough rather than stinking and pale marks.||4. Bathroom Was stinking, Uncleaned at max and even door was so bad tgat it was not closing at all.||5. There was a window with a view but the problem was only that it was so unclean that no one can see through it niether one can close it.||6. There was an AC in room which I suppose must be taken from a scrapeyard which was making noise rather than making room chill.||||One cannot forget this worst experience from Hotel Maanpreet.||||Shame on Hotel Managers and Rude Reception staff.||||TripAdvisorshould take this matter seriously and delist such Fraudster Property from their platforms.

This hotel's premium room has mice and ants which will damage your goods and after fighting also they will not acknowledge your suffering. Inspite of you being a very old and loyal customer.
