Hotel Kanha's Palm Springs

Beware ! We attended a wedding reception at Kanha Palm Spring hotel 3 days back. Our whole family is suffering from food poisoning, having acute diarrhoea, vomitings ,fever & pain in abdomen since then.We came to know that few of our friends who had also attended the reception were suffering from the same. When I read old reviews of the hotel, I came to know that food poisoning is a common occurrence with its food.

It was an awesome experience. The manager Mr. Akhilesh Barua was very co operating, During our stay he co operate and help a-lot as much as possible from him. At first we have been thinking to book through make my trip I even almost book but my wife wanted to see by herself first. Mr Akhilesh co operate and help us understand the benefit to book directly from Hotel. All staff were very polite and hotel was very hygiene also the peace and quiet surrounding and environment. Food is amazing and delicious as well. Special thanks to Mr Akhilesh and all other Staff of Kanha Palms. Great Work everyone, Keep it up

The stay is very warm. The staff, the receptionists are all very welcoming. The service is excellent. The hotel rooms are clean and well kept. The surroundings are green and tidy. They have activities on the property for the guests to participate in during the stay.

Rooms need servicing. At least the one I stayed needed. But otherwise, the hotel is good. Food is good Location is good Good location for family functions including marriage

I have been coming to this hotel for the last 3.5 years, I have developed such an attachment with it as if I am coming from one home to another. I would like to thank Harsha, Madhavi, Ritika and Shashank at the reception, who are very cooperative. I have never had a chance to complain from them till date. The place where breakfast is served is very comfortable to sit and eat. The nature and place make starting the day in the morning very rewarding. There is no need to name anyone from the room service and housekeeping staff, the entire staff is very cooperative. I have never had a chance to complain till date. I would like to thank from the bottom of my heart for the service given to me and my guests till date. Whether it is veg or non-veg, the taste of the food is very delicious, wonderful and nectar-like. I would like to thank from the bottom of my heart the chefs who prepare the food and take care of it. All of them can never be forgotten.

The experience was highly satisfactory. The room service and cuisine were both of exceptional caliber. I also appreciated the early check-in accommodation.|Cleanliness was well-maintained, and parking was not an issue. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless.
