Hotel Janki Palace

We had shifted from Chennai to Bhopal and during the initial week had stayed in Janki Palace in Salaiya Bhopal. Our time spent there was nothing short of delightful. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and excellent hospitality. The rooms were was immaculate and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The amenities were top-notch. The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a variety of options to cater to different tastes. What truly set Hotel Janki Palace apart was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with any request made us feel truly valued as guests. Both my kids loved the various food available at the restaurant and were trying out various dishes each day. Overall, our experience at Hotel Janki Palace was wonderful, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bhopal

This hotel is built very well and the staff there is also very good, the taste of the food is amazing and the hotel is being maintained very well and the cleanliness is also done very well as well as the rooms. Also, their restaurant built on the rooftop is very attractive; the view of the sun set in the evening is worth seeing.

The service staff does not have the manners to talk. In the right restaurant their stewards sing vagabond type songs. These people do not know what food service is. And even their senior staff do not have the manners to talk. The voice of the kitchen staff can be heard outside. It is better to eat food on the roadside than wasting money by eating at such a place. I may someday in life go to such a place again.

Ambience is good... though restaurant space at ground floor is small. Food is good and prices are reasonable. Service is good however they are in hurry for clearance and next order and once other tables start occupying the waiters focus shifts to them. Overall good.

Rooms are neat and clean. The reception staff in the morning is slow and unresponsive. One major fault with the rooms is the wash area. The door of the wash area and the space to open it in all rooms is narrow. The cleaning and the luggage carrier staff is well mannered.
