HOTEL FORTUNE INN

They have two portions, one is old another one is new. This one is new, I stayed there for 2 days. The rooms are undoubtedly new and superb, but hygiene remains a concern. When I requested a towel, I was given a damp, previously used one, which was quite disappointing. As for the service, despite the owner's significant investment in creating quality rooms, the management falls short. Getting even a small request fulfilled requires calling them multiple times, which is frustrating. With better cleanliness and more attentive service, this place could truly stand out.

The staff was very useless, even after paying so much rent the room was not clean, GST was also told at the time of check out, we were not informed in advance, non AC room for Rs. 2500/- only for 5 hours, in which even cleaning was not done, our food also came very late after placing the order, not only this, room service is free with every hotel but in this hotel, the room service was charged separately, disgusting people I have never ever seen people's like them Because of people like these, the name of a city like Bhopal gets spoiled. Money is not always everything, humanity should also be there But people like you won't understand

Noisy alleyway and busy. Expensive, expensive and expensive. The room was very small and no aircon. Fan only for 3500rp with no breakfast! I rejected the offer of 6000rp for 1 nights accommodation. Management can see l am a western tourist and we're hoping l would pay this price. Little did they know l have been travelling for a while In India. The name of this hotel says it all. It costs a Fortune to stay at this hotel. I do recommend this hotel.

The behaviour of the staff is very bad. They are not charging correctly. First they will give you the room by giving you a quote and later they will say that there was no discussion at that time and extra money will be charged for every item taken from the hotel. They will also start charging for the things that you did not take. Staff behaviour was very bad. Choose other options.

The hotel is good room and service bathrooms everything is good, It is located in old Bhopal if u want to do site seeing in new Bhopal u may get better options there

The rate of the rooms are very much as compared to the room ! The was clean and neat good but they take to much charges for food which uh didnt accpect from then they take extra charges even for a curd and add extra service charges and reception was not well comunicator rude behaviour! The only postive is rooms are big and clean neat but very much costly

They are scammers, asking random money and any random taxes from the people. Rooms are newly built yest very dirty and unhygienic, washroom is in bad condition. Worst are the receptionist who are scamming people in the name of hotel tax (apart from GST). They have time up with auto drivers who will take you to hotel Banjara and hotel fortune inn. Stay aware please.
