Hotel Emerald Inn.. *rating 0* The customer service was disappointing, with no regard for guest needs or requests. This hotel is more suitable for bachelors or singles looking to party and drink, rather than families. No assistance was provided for carrying or loading luggage. The rooms had broken fixtures, and despite charging for deluxe double occupancy, one of the rooms was only fit for a single person. No towels provided. Breakfast we had to beg them to provide.

Worst experience, they don't know the meaning of hospitality, inspite of paying for delux rooms, we had given the hygienically uncleaned rooms and the service was too bad.

I recently visited this restaurant and was blown away by the quality of the food. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was perfect for a night out with friends. I highly recommend trying the steak, which was cooked to perfection. The drinks list was also impressive and the staff were knowledgeable about the different options available. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely return.

Rooms are great. Worth the cost you pay. Location ain't great. Nothing nearby to eat. Service is good

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the food was delicious with a great variety. The staff's hospitality was outstanding. Highly recommended for a memorable experience!
