Hotel Eleven Heights - Hotel in Arera Colony, Bhopal

I recently stayed at Eleven Heights Hotel during a business trip and had a very disappointing experience. The reception staff were highly unprofessional and seemed clueless about preparing the final bill. The billing process had to be repeated multiple times, wasting a lot of my time. Additionally, they imposed extra charges for almost everything without proper justification. Despite being a regular guest, there was no sense of acknowledgment or care from the staff. This was by far one of the worst experiences I've had on a business trip. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially my colleagues.

Place is suitable only for small group parties (10-15 people) Service staff is not trained. No parking facility so look for roadside parking.

Receptionist was very rude.i was asked to leave the premises & she was making an argument for no reason. It is like I'm staying here for free & I don't understand why she is still working because this is happening with me 2nd time & even 2nd time was the same argument & no professionalism. Would recommend all to look for other property rather than stying in this kachra.

Room Cleaning services are Extremely Poor. They don't wish to listen to customers. Poor Towel quality. Lady on the reception does not wish to accept her fault and believe in counter arguing. Despite several reminders, they dont wish to clean the room. Strictly a no no as Hygiene is severely compromised

A high quality hotel and restaurant at a prime location in posh locality Arera Colony, Bhopal. Good parking lot in front of the hotel. Payments accepted online and at the counter. Advance room bookings and food order facilities available. Home delivery of food through registered food delivery agencies. Staff is supportive and courteous.

Rooms are bit small generally but again with the price and location they are justifiable. Service is totally outstanding they help you with every request and try to make your stay better. Only problem with the hotel is that they didn't allow outside food in their premises as they recommend their own food which is okay but not outstanding. However it didn't create any issues for me. Overall my stay was great and would recommend this hotel of single or couple travellers

Quite nice rooms. Cleanliness was too good. All amenities (lift service, geyser, AC) provided by hotel were fully functional. Just a small suggestion- Some source of ventilation should be there (in case one does not want to use AC in winters) as the room felt a bit packed when you don't use AC.

Good hospitality and decent in-house food make for a good stay. The rates are reasonable, offering good value. However, there's a parking issue, you have to struggle real hard for finding the parking. Unfortunately, the breakfast served is subpar.
