Hotel Awadh Palace

Even after waiting for 45 minutes, I received a half-cooked half plate of chicken, despite being charged for a full plate (400). This is completely unacceptable, especially coming from Awad Palace. As a regular customer of your restaurant, I am highly disappointed. Additionally, the chicken pieces were extremely small. If I were to rate my experience on a scale of 1 to 5 (with 1 being the lowest), I would honestly give it a -0.

The staff at Hotel Awadh Palace were incredibly helpful throughout at stay, the rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and we particularly enjoyed the delicious food. The Hotel location is fantastic & close to major attractions especially Airport & Major Markets.

Very good quality tasty food mutton ||dishes seek kabbab was soo tasty and paneer tikka is too good tasty soo much and the bar is also very nice cleaning is too much good and roof top restaurant is very openly area the hotel serves a popular spot for parties and marrige

It was my wedding today , but staff is so unprofessional , nilesh narware man dont know how to talk never waste your precious hard earned money there

The ambience is good food too but they served naan which was burnt.

Need to improve room service and attention to customers' grievance and request to attend any issue raised by customers.

They play loud music at night after legal hours. That's just pathetic and unlawful. Guys have some manners!!
