Hotel Amer Palace

This reservation was thoughtfully arranged by their daughter to create a memorable experience for her parents in celebration of her mother's 60th birthday. The couple thoroughly enjoyed their stay at this hotel, making beautiful memories together. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone seeking a wonderful stay. The entire hotel staff is not only good but also exceptionally supportive and attentive, ensuring a comfortable and delightful experience for all guests.

Very average hotel in prime location charging for 4 star or more. Buffet Breakfast options are same for all days. Don't even give tea coffee pouch for all days except the day of arrival. No view. Just enter in the room and see the plain walls. Not recommended.

Bathroom was dirty looking. Bath water taps not working properly... Toiletries like used soap by previous occupants not cleared. No proper maintenance for the room and bathroom. However linen were clean.... You cannot feel a 3 star hotel ambience in the room.....

This is a nice Hotel but, for many years it hasn't been refurbished. I remember staying here many years ago but, since then the quality has really deteriorated. Breakfast buffet options have been unchanged, its exactly the same as 10 years. Also, the food hygiene is concerning with flies in the juices and hair on food.

I came for my PhD related work in Bhopal I was here for 3-4 days and booked this Amer place hotel, surprisingly this hotel staff is highly impressive cooperative. The breakfast was very nice and most important Mr Mithilesh singh, Rajendra & Mitesh Kushwaha were very excellent. I would recommend this hotel to everybody for pleasant stay.

They cancelled a booking I made on the day of the check in (about 2 hours post check in) when I was going to board my flight to the city. I would not book this hotel as there's no guarantee that they will honor the booking.

Very pathetic experience I book this hotel 1 month ago when I check in they told me 3200 rs for 2 night & asked me to pay when I check in. I was check in at midnight 12:30 am. I made the payment of 3200 rs but when I was check out they told me that 3200 rs is for 1 night & we just ask for advance that was very pathetic experience I already stay there in 3200 rs for 2 night. This guys are very unprofessional better stay in ginger or some other better hotels. This is my last stay in Amer group. Thankyou please avoid such kind of hotels

It was a really nice experience staying during New Year 2025. I would love to stay again in the near future at AMER and also recommend it to our relatives and friends. AMER is absolutely classy in service and hospitality.
