Management of the hotel is very courteous and decent . Overall my experience about hotel , staff , services , food is too good .

Only saving grace is the location, which is on Bhopal-Nagpur highway.. otherwise the smell is dingy and off-putting. We had to take an emergency stop late after midnight, that's why we had no choice. Otherwise I would never stay here.

GOOD Rooms in budget and the atmosphere of hotel is quite peaceful

The best thing is it's a pure vegetarian hotel very near to industrial area beacuse most of the people come here to visit industry from different area they have very good facility and they give us very good service to there client. They have 24hrs running hot water and rooms are very neat and clean so. And the best thing is they don't charge more charges are very reasonable. Must try if you want to stay in mandideep.

Worst hotel as per their services, booking and rates. They clearly cheat you with fake commitments. As i have directly visited hotel received their rate card where its already mentioned the rate of AC room but after stay they started arguing that in the room you have stayed is of higher cost and you have to pay more. Even in another instance when my colleague booked the same hotel through online booking website they have given him the room without AC as in any of the website they have not mentioned about AC. And started to ask that if you want AC room then you have to pay more.

Hotel is ok room condition is good as per the price staff is ok food quality need to improve price of food is hire but test not justify the price and there is no complimentary breakfast is here

Hotel location is good as it is near to the main road and near to industrial area however near by area of hotel is not too good

Very bad services and behaviour and way of talking of staff present in night. Deny for basic need like warm drinking water for patient.
