Giovanni Suite

As a traveller i think i should write a review about this property. On the first glimpse looking at the reviews and photos the property look amazing and we planned our family vacation there. I must say the rooms and specially washrooms are good and the services (Room service and housekeeping staff) are top notch there is no doubt about it. The problem is very specific its very difficult to understand and digest that for 2 nights 2 room the cost is approx 60K (You should seriously consider this and there is just breakfast included which is amazing) and to be honest i love luxury resorts but let me clear you one thing "Your hotel is not a luxury resort so please stop charging soo much" you guys mention you have 3-4 restaurants and have pics circulated all over the internet but why dont you guys tell the reality that its just 1 restaurant and all other restaurants are just part of the same single restaurant building. (Same staff, same kitchen, same price) then whats the difference?? One more harsh reality of this breakfast spread: I understand that you have to set time where breakfast will end (on internet and in room service its written 10:30 and the staff there starts wrapping things at 9:45am) on first day we hardly get anything to eat as the waiters were in so much hurry that they took items from our table on the name of closing. Conclusion: Property is good but you guys are charging way too much with very little to offer and please try to be more transparent and tell the reality instead of misleading it. (I know the manager wont like my review but thats okay i just hope someday he understands my intention rather than words).

I knew Giovanni for its amazing service, well mannered and trustworthy staff, but never got a chance to have that experience. Last night, I was there at Giovanni suites with my couple friends for a special event. And trust me guys, it was actually amazing stay for all of us. Thanks a lot Surya and his team for all the efforts, service, providing access to available things, extra efforts and what not. Whole day was worthy enough.

Excellent property, so green and peaceful. Location is very good, 10mins distance from DB Mall and Rani kamlapati station

Rooms are pretty but still needs to be taken care of as the water taps or washbasin was leaking. I didn't bother anyone for it as it was just a day stay .

Not at all a pleasant experience. Highly unprofessional behaviour. Very dim lighting and no connectivity at all.No ola uber availability.
