Clean sheets, clean room, pleasant furnishings, courteous staff but 2 things prevent me from giving 5 stars: 1) The walls had too many scuff marks and needs a paint job - I didn't expect this from a place that has a 4.5 star review and looked quite spiffy in the pics. Secondly the mattress was hard (coir). Who uses coir mattresses these days? I couldn't sleep more than 2 hours both nights I was there! I stayed 2 non-consecutive nights and both times I left early the next day - I really wish I had the option of not paying for breakfast.

An outstanding property with exceptional service! The staff, especially Ashok and Ajay, went above and beyond with their kindness, empathy, and professionalism, making my experience truly remarkable. The warm hospitality and homelike atmosphere made me feel completely at home, with delicious, comforting food that added to the experience. The property itself is truly amazing, with beautiful ambience and well-designed common areas that provide the perfect space to relax and unwind.

The staff is polite and very helpful. But Giovanni has these stupid rules which no prime luxury property have, they ask for security deposit prior to check in. Jeha numa, retreat, ratapani, taj noone has this stupid rule. I stayed in both of their properties in bhopal and same thing. On top they don't put even a single water bottle in room complimentary, they charge more than mrp and also cooling charges. I understand some hotels charge for extra bottle but when you check in atleast 2 bottles are always provided. These are small things but it shows pettiness. Not going to stay again

I stayed at Giovanni house with my children and had a very relaxing stay. The room and bathroom are neat and clean, the staff offered great hospitality, room service is quick and the stay offered a home like ambience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a safe and hospitable accommodation with a prime location in Bhopal.

A home converted to a guest house. Very comfortable rooms. Some minor maintenance is required in the rooms and bathroom but the staff are extremely helpful and take care of all your requests and needs. Has very spacious common area, in the balcony and ground floor entrance lobby area. A very welcome change from standard hotel rooms that lack personality.

A quiet and wonderful stay in the main city centre with all the major restaurants and marketplaces in walking distance. The hospitality was very good and checkin process was seamless. room and bathroom sizes were adequate for two and hygiene was taken care of. Needs improvement on the comfort of mattress though as the hard spring makes it difficult to sleep . Also a Full size mirror in the room would have been appreciated.

Our stay at this boutique hotel was a blend of aesthetic charm and comfort. The corridors and open seating areas were beautifully designed. We booked a King category room, which was cozy and well-furnished. The spacious bathrooms had excellent shower amenities. However, the room felt slightly cramped for three people, ideal for two. The staff was courteous and efficient, and the location was convenient for exploring local attractions. Overall, a pleasant stay, perfect for couples or small groups seeking a charming urban retreat.
