This review highlights several shortcomings observed in the service provided by the Fabhotel team and the staff at Shrinath Casa Inn, Bhopal. I am offering this feedback with a critical perspective, aimed at providing constructive suggestions for improvement. 1. There was significant confusion regarding the booking amount initially communicated to us versus the actual tariff of the hotel, which resulted in a back-and-forth exchange involving the reception staff, the owner (Ravi), and Fabhotel customer support. Although this issue was eventually resolved, the lack of transparency created unnecessary frustration. - The reception staff member (Rahul) appeared poorly trained in guest interaction, using inappropriate language and displaying a clear lack of understanding of basic hospitality protocols. When we inquired about the absence of towels and soap in the bathrooms, his response was that laundry services were unavailable due to a festive holiday, and he was the only staff member present to handle the issue. - After a firm request, he managed to provide just two towels for the four guests across two rooms. - The linen was substandard, with visible lipstick stains and hair on the pillow covers (please refer to the attached photos). - The hotel lobby was poorly maintained, with visible dirt, and the trash from previous guests had not been removed. Additionally, the AC remote was missing, further reflecting the lack of attention to detail. - The reception closed promptly at 12 AM, with the staff member switching off all the lights and leaving without ensuring proper guest service. - While the property itself is well-constructed and the rooms are suitably designed for the price point, especially given its convenient location along the highway, the lack of proper maintenance undermines its potential. - The staff, as it stands, either require intensive training in hospitality management or should be replaced to ensure a more professional and welcoming experience for guests.
