Great Dining Experience at Blue Lagoon! I recently dined at Blue Lagoon, and it was a fantastic experience! The ambiance was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal. The food was delicious, with fresh ingredients and well-balanced flavors. Every dish was well-presented and tasted amazing. The service was excellent--friendly and attentive staff who ensured we had a comfortable dining experience. The pricing felt reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. Overall, Blue Lagoon is a great place for a memorable meal, and I'd definitely visit again.

Please avoid this place if you're planning a pre-wedding or couple shoot for 2 hours. The current manager's behavior is extremely rude and unprofessional. He told us, "You have to stop in exactly 2 hours, we can't even give you 2 minutes more." This kind of attitude ruins the entire experience, especially when you're paying for the time and expecting a little flexibility. It's disappointing to see how the new management handles guests--this kind of staff can be a big loss for the property's reputation. The previous staff was much more polite and cooperative. Not recommended anymore.

Good food amongst nature. The air is cleaner. Food's really delicious. Just the kebabs can make you die for. BYOB if you feel like it. They don't serve it but you are allowed to have it. Good music.

You should change your manger Mr. Alok ji because he is very rude and not supportive we are 10 people's your regular customer Alok ji is tell me my service is very slow I am not able to help you. So please I will request to u maximum customer r saying please you should change mr Alok ji.

Disappointing Stay at Blue Lagoon Resort Bhopal We stayed on 21st Dec 2024, paying 5000 per night, but the experience was far from what we expected. The room was poorly maintained with unclean sheets, stained towels, and a heater that sounded like a diesel generator. No WiFi was provided. To make matters worse, there was an event that night--a party we were not informed about when booking. Had we known, we could have been better prepared to pay the cover or chosen to stay elsewhere. Instead, the management demanded we, as paying guests, pay a cover charge to access the event. The regular restaurant was closed, and only an overpriced, limited menu was available, leaving us with no reasonable dining options. This isn't about the money--it's about the lack of customer service and respect for guests. The next morning, we had to hunt for staff to get our complimentary breakfast, which was delayed because no one was available. The only redeeming factors were the polite waiters, the good food, and the nice outdoor property. These are the sole reasons this is a 2-star review instead of 1. Significant improvements are needed to meet even basic standards of hospitality.

We booked the venue for my sister's wedding. The place has excellent service and management. Everything from rooms to food was great. We have received praise from almost all guests who attended the event. Mr Sanjay, who is the manager was especially helpful with all our needs. I would definitely recommend the place for any events or even as a getaway for some peace and quiet

Room service was to bad. television is not working & fan was not working many of things in this resort to bad off condition. The room was not maintained properly.
