BASTION HOTEL BHOPAL

Rooms were clean though small. Location is also good. Staff was courteous. Food was lil below standard, I ordered cream of mushroom soup but they gave me milk of mashroom soup. Last but not the least, the parking space you can see in pictures is not available.

I recently visited this property. Very friendly staff and food was awesome. My complaints to chef . Beautiful ambiance. Very good place for family gatherings and parties. Keep up the good work.

Worst experience ever! We booked this banquet for a kitty party and even paid an advance. But when we reached the venue, there were NO arrangements at all! They shamelessly said there was no booking in our name. On asking for the manager, a man named Manish came and instead of solving the issue, he was arrogant, rude, and completely unprofessional. Turns out, they gave our kitty hall to someone else without even verifying names! Can you believe that? They didn't even bother confirming details and just handed over our booking to some random party. When we confronted Manish, he had the audacity to misbehave and talk back like it was our fault. Absolutely no hospitality, no apology, nothing! The food they eventually served was just average and the service was pathetic. The staff was lazy and unbothered. This place is a joke. Zero management, zero accountability, and definitely not worth your time or money. Don't ever book this place unless you want to be insulted, ignored, and served mediocrity with arrogance. Shameful.

Worst ever service. We gave an advance and booked a banquet hall and they mixed up the space. They said we thought you guys already came??? And then when we said we want the hall asap they started arguing. The food was average as well. The manager is manish and he talked so rudely after such a big mistake we had given a time to guests and they started arriving. When all of this was happening.

Wonderful experience at the bastion hotel last sunday we celebrated our retirement party at Banquet hall name was Nakshatra at the bastion hotel it was lovely experience all staff was very nice and well behaved, services was very good and about food it was very delicious enjoyed alot thank you the bastion hotel

A well located hotel on Hoshangabad Road Bhopal.The staff is helpful and courteous.The food quality is OK.It has ample parking space.
