TGI Insignia Resort & Villa's

The worst resort near bhopal in terms of hospitality. Morning till 9 a.m. no one picks call either room service or restaurant. Even hot water tap was not working, no one came to rectify it. Also, the service, my god it's damn slow. You order, and wait for next 1-2 hour for getting it. Half of the menu options are not available. Come at your own risk

Food quality was very average. I was locked in my bathroom for an hour because of a bad quality lock in the washroom. It is very risky when u have small kids around .

Staying in their so-called Suite Room No. 2003, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Basic amenities like water in taps and shower are non-functional - neither is working! The geyser is broken, and hot water is completely unavailable, making it impossible to even freshen up properly.||What's worse, there is no one available at reception or housekeeping, despite calling them continuously since 8 AM - it's been over an hour and there's still no response. Even drinking water hasn't been provided in the room, and there's no staff available to even send a bottle.||For a place that claims to be a "resort," this level of neglect and mismanagement is shocking. Totally unprofessional, poorly maintained, and zero customer service. Avoid this place unless you want to ruin your stay and get stuck with no water, no help, and no response.

The resort is difficult to reach and Google misleads you to dead ends. Resort accessibility is a problem. However the resort is good. Rooms need betterment, but the resort is beautiful. Outdoors are fabulous and ambience is great.

Went there for the first time with a group, we had a pleasant stay The staff was polite and kind there is an issue with service but that can be negligible. The rooms were hygienic and clean. There is a pool to enjoy a pool party with the DJ. Talking about food we had both veg and non veg. Veg food was awesome 5/5 Overall experience was 9/10.

TGI resort visit was a decent experience. Away from the city you can take some fresh air with lovely atmosphere and greenery. The rooms are good infact better than expected. Food quality is good but it should be better. Approach is a bit challenging but google maps zindabad.

On November 19, I celebrated my birthday here with my wife. I found that the food, service, and location were all amazing. Peacefull and heart touching.. The services and staff here were also very good, and especially SIDDHARTH SINGH was very supportive and kind, which made our vacation even better. I would recommend that you visit and experience it.

We celebrated our son's first birthday at TGI. It was amazing.. Pool party followed by dinner buffet in the open area near the pool.. they have created tin shed in the open area for monsoon season.. All the arrangements were very well taken care by Mr Nimish and his staff. I loved their hospitality..they even did things for our party which I didn't even ask for.. The night stay and morning breakfast everything was very good..their Suite rooms are very spacious.. All our guests were very happy and now it will be a very good memory to cherish lifelong. Thank you so much.
