Hotel Shambhavi

This 3 star Hotel is located in the Ganj area and in certain quarters is recognised as the best Hotel in Betul town. It has a shopping complex and an extremely popular restaurant in the Ground floor with the Hotel rooms located on the two floors above.The rooms are spacious.I was housed in the Maharajah suite which has a rent of around Rs. 3200/- and had a decent double bed, a mini refrigerator, an electric kettle, LED TV, Two sofas & free WiFi. Besides we had a Dressing room and a washroom having a big Bath Tub with hot & cold water facility.The Airconditioning was good though the room should have one more ceiling fan. Service was good and the staff courteous. The electric kettle was there but Tea/Coffee/Milk & Sugar pouches were missing.Also no Shampoo or conditioner was provided.However on calling reception they sent same immediately.I think better supervision is needed in the Hotel. The hotel has ample parking in the basement.A restaurant called Rasoi is there in GF though room service for food is also there.Strangely complimentary breakfast is not there in the Hotel.

Very bad experience. The hotel owner and the manager are ready to fight for small things and are not well behaving. The hotel charges full advance payment for the days you want to stay, and if you want to check out early, then they fight for the refunds. They even blame the customer for stealing things from the rooms. Didn't share the free wifi even when asked for. Good hotels are available nearby, so avoid it unless there is an emergency.

I have booked 10 rooms for guests and have quite a satisfactory experience. The only concern is no discount for bulk booking and the welcome drink is missing on arrival. Generally you get breakfast free but here you have to pay for breakfast. Although the food quality is very good. As it is serviced by the rasoi kitchen.

Deluxe room is expensive compared to other hotels. 1500+tax. Room does not have basic amenities like hand towel, hand wash, shower gel, moisturizer, tea or coffee packets, dental kit etc. Only 1 bottle of water is available. The TV has the facility of only free channels. The electrics are not proper and the fan does not run properly. AC is good. There is no non veg facility in the restaurant. 24 hour stay facility is good.

Hotel building looks good, inside its fine. Room cleanliness is ok, got mixed experience with hotel staff. Found it ridiculous that they don't have filtered water available and bottled water is charged. So basically not even single bottle of water is provided free OR filtered water.

Rooms are good , Restaurant is also good, without giving second thought you can stay easily. Locality is perfect.

Spacious rooms..No power back up. Took A/c room but no power and hence not working. Couldn't charge Mobile phone as they was no power supply. Restaurant is good and have variety of dishes. Price is little higher..
