The rates they are showing are not real as shown in google, after calling they inflated it to double, After telling the fact they denied any room booking, Unprofessional and unethical business practices.

Located centrally at Kothibazar, the hotel is a decent choice for a short stay for business travelers. No frill staying options, but reasonably clean.|Pros:- |1. Location: Centrally located in short distance of Court, ATM etc;|2. Clean room with good air conditioning;|3. Decent western toilet;|4. Well behaved and helpful staff with good hospitality;|5. Room service with limited options available.|Cons:-|1. Needs maintenance;|2. No restaurant for dining;|3. No decent eating options nearby.| I stayed for 1 night in the suite room. Room was large, with a king-sized bed and decent linens. Paid Rs 3300 for a night without breakfast. Quite steep, considering its standard. But you have hardly any better options in Betul. |Overall okay for a night.

The most affordable Hotel of Betul is "Abhashree &Sharan Restaurant" located at Civil lines, College Road, Betul (MP) 460001. It takes hardly 5 minutes from Betul Railway Station as well Bus stand. General cleanliness is quite good. I have been there for 10 days while on govt duty. All the staff are very cooperative and polite. I recommend it for your healthy and peaceful stay at Betul. Good hotel staff service is good only concern is water

I stayed in Suite room. Room was large but needs maintenance. The hotel doesn't have any restaurant but room service is available with limited option. Staff are friendly and happy to serve. Location is good , close to the market, court, and railway station. Room at Rs. 3300 per night is pricey, considering the kack of facilities that at such high price one can expect. But there is not much choice in a small town like Betul.

Excellent ambience and omniscient hospitality considering a best hotel for corporate employees and family food is good service is way to fast.

We stayed in the most premium of their rooms. My experience about this hotel is summed up below Pros: 1. The rooms are big. 2. Staff was polite with us. 3. Nothing else Cons: 1. We were told that they have their own parking space and not a public space. What we got was a small enclosure openly accessible from the main road barely enough for our two cars. 2. The image of the hotel given in google gives an impression that it is a fairly big hotel located in an open place, whereas it is actually located in a very crowded area. In fact if without google help we would have had difficulty in even locating it. 3. Rooms appear old and maintenance is really poor, though it appeared to us that they had made efforts to clean it for us as much as they could. But still the complacence was overtly visible. 4. There are sofas provided in the room which are blatantly dirty. You can have a look at the picture. They were covered with some pieces of sofa cover kind of material which themselves were not very clean. I personally feel fabric covered furniture should be avoided if cleanliness cannot be ensured
