Fusion Resort

Its like a dharamshara in the name of resort. Price of room is very high according to the service and amenities. No privacy is there ... Late night parties, DJ's , alcohol and smoking were allowed in just front of the door of visitors room. Very dissapointed by this behaviour. There should be strict complaint against the hotel and there policies so they get the lesson to trouble guest late night.

Please do not fall for the positive reviews as they are all paid reviews by the influencers and others. I had an awful experience at this so-called resort. They charged 6000/- for a jacuzzi room, which was not worth a penny. The jacuzzi had several malfunctioning features. If they are going to charge that much for just a jacuzzi, it should at least be decent. Their jacuzzi is nothing more than a slightly upgraded version of a bathtub, and yet they charge 6000/- for it. The electricity went out at least 5 to 6 times since I checked in this morning. We complained each time, and the staff kept saying the same thing over and over, that there was an MCB problem and that the electrician was on the way. Raat hogyi still inka electrician nahi aaya. Instead of admitting their mistake, the staff members were so rude and weren't even replying properly. I even contacted the manager, but the issues were not resolved. The outdoor pool is too dirty for swimming, and their food is just below average. There is a network problem on their property and their wifi is useless and doesn't even work. I had a rat in my room, and I couldn't help but wonder how dirty and unsanitary their kitchen must have been. The back door in the room is useless due to so much dirt and garbage in the backyard that it can't be opened. The staff didn't even have the decency to apologize during check-out, despite the fact that we had suffered the whole day, especially at night due to the lack of electricity. In short, don't fall for this their property, rooms, jacuzzi, food and everything is just a waste of money and not at all worth it. And especially their staff are the rudest.

Pathetic behaviour by the staff, Hotel services and conditions is not as per requirement. Too many mosquitos in the room, lights were not working properly. Cleaning of rooms is not good,Charging too much but hotel quality is not as per they charge. Recommending to not go or stay to such hotel.

Not at all a good experience. Went there to celebrate our anniversary which was completely ruined by staff behavior. Rooms are like "kaanch ka samaan - bs dekho,touch mat karo", only appealing in photos but in actual, most of the things are broken and need repair. Even Lights were not working so we had to ask them again and again to send someone, and for this matter one of the staff member said -"you need refund that is why you are complaining" and to justify this, one bulb short-circuit and blast in front of him(in presence of small kids). And this not only the one incidence. Viewers, requesting you to not visit the resort. I made an online booking and manager was all sweet at the time of booking and after that he was no were available in the resort to solve the issues. I Just Visited the resort on my birthday, and the Place was just amazing , the Rooms were were clean ,the ambience was very good , the pool was clean and the staff was very nice. Overall the place was worth going.

Resort was really good.... Food was good too.... Service of staff was awsum and very helpful... Clean Pool... Overall a fantastic stay at Fusion .... Cheers Guys ...
