Nature Heritage Resort, Bandhavgarh

We found this to be an incredibly beautiful resort with great service by friendly staff. The room was in bungalow in a beautiful garden. The surrounding nature reserve Bhandhavgarh is fantastic for wildlife and tiger safaris. The served food is excellent.

I stayed at Nature Heritage in Bandhavgardh during my trip to Bandhavgargh Tiger Reserve. I stayed there for 4 nights and I had a wonderful stay. The staff is very polite and helpful. They are accommodating to any special requests which are within their power to handle. The rooms are comfortable and spacious.|The best part of the stay was the good. The buffet is simple and tasty. Whatever dishes were prepared were really well done and was light on the stomach. Freshly prepared phulkas were really good to have while travelling outside.|There are swimming pools and other amenities in there which looked well maintained. Since I was there exclusively for the safaris, I did not get an opportunity to use these facilities.|I would definitely recommend the place to anyone who is travelling to Bandhavgarh and am myself looking to stay at the same place for my next trip.

Resort Property is Realy Nice . But I suggest please prefer to eat outside in any other restaurants available. Poor Restaurants staff behvaiour. Lack of Communication. Lack in Providing Good Food with full Essentials . They don't have oregano & chilly Flakes. They also provide Crispy corn with Seperate sauces . U have to make your crispy corn by mixing all of them . Bad Experience at our 1st anniversary

First of all, we would like to express our thanks to the entire staff of Nature Heritage. They were wonderful and made our 5-day stay fabulous. The Resort was great, full of trees and plants and forest lighting, plus monkeys jumping about in the canopy. Meals were healthy, abundant, and delicious, and they were very attentive in the kitchen to my food allergy. Comfortable rooms and bathrooms as well. They handled our bookings for Tiger tours too. We certainly recommend it.

Nature Heritage resort is a mid level jungle resort in Bandgavgarh, one level lower than the luxury options like Taj Mahua Kothi, Syna or Lemontree. However with its efficient pricing, impeccable service and great food - it's a fantastic option for those who look for value. |I had booked two adjacent cottages (107 and 108) for two nights in peak Christmas holiday period for 5 adults. I had paid 8000 Rs per cottage per night plus 2000 Rs per day for the extra bed for 5th person ( who is 11 years old). ||Pros|1. Great landscape, nice lighting and abundant common space. The vibe of a jungle resort was very evident. |2. Cottages were tastefully done and washroom/ bed linen were clean. |3. Excellent service - even for early morning safari - and effective rosters followed for events in common spaces |4. All food was included in price and they follow set menu for all meals. Quality of green vegetables, chicken and mutton were fresh and preparation was pretty good. ||Cons|1. Cottages and washrooms can be remodelled and repainted. I could see signs of damp walls and stained floors. |2. Being in nature means flies and bugs. Some amount of improvement can be made to keep them away from room and open restaurant. ||However overall, this is a great option and I would stay there again, if I go to Bandhavgarh in future.

Spent 2 nights and 3 days at this absolutely magnificent resort. Set in a peaceful tranquil location set amongst tall trees and giant bamboo it gives the feeling of peace and serenity. The resort has beautiful landscape gardens that are kept meticulously clean and tidy, the accomodation is clean spacious and very comfortable. The staff in all areas of the resort are courteous, friendly, and very helpful. The meals served are buffet style and is plentiful, main course are generally 3 types of vegetable, a meat dish, rice, roti's dhal, pappadums, soup, with a sweet dish to top it off. The resort itself is located between 10-15 minutes to the entry of the game park. I recommend this resort highly for couples and families, you will not be disappointed.

One of the best services I ever experienced in all my travels. ||The staff goes all out with every small detail to make the stay comfortable. ||Rooms are beautiful. Food is great. ||The resort is very aesthetically designed to merge with the nature around. ||Extremely pleasant stay. Highly recommend.
