Golbro Tiger View Resort

Sharing my experience of just the Online enquiry Mr Rajiv Agarwal is man of poor patience and no manners.. In a telephonic conversation to get the details when I asked how many people will the Jeep accomodate, he is like 6 people..to which a natural question arises is whether this is including the Driver or excluding Mr Agarwal responded " Haan driver rahega, aapko driver se kya problem ho Rahi hai..aap chalayengi kya Gaadi?" In a condescending way. When i confronted that why are you being so disrespectful,he is like we have an option of self driven as well only to hide and cover his stupid behaviour. Also the price that he quoted for the stay is way more than for what the place has to offer. Highly NOT Recommended

TGV hotel is a decent hotel. It is well maintained and clean. Rooms are spacious insect free and washrooms are clean. Don't expect too much amenities such as WiFi- it is for hard core safarists alone. The pick up drop was good and professional. The food was simply amazing. Fresh and home cooked and in an infinite quantity. After a tiring safari hot food is very appreciated and the staff do everything to fulfil your culinary cravings in the middle of the jungle. ||||The manager Subhash is very resourceful and helpful. He managed to acquire one valuable last minute jeep safari with a lot of hard work. It's better to book online though- they charge an exorbitant extra amount per safari almost to the figure of 2000 extra per safari. ||||Probably wouldn't come back unless traveling on a shoe string budget, but it is a great place for an economy stay when you want to see the big cats.

Worst service experience we recieved there. Rooms are in very pathetic condition. Pillow and bed covers are very dirty and torn. Comforter and blanket are cigrette burnt. The ambience is not suitable for good family or any family. Whole night some boys were drinking alcohol and playing loud music, disturbing other guests and ready to fight when some one going to stop them. Staff are also not cooperative. Future customer please see other good option available there.

Huge rooms suitable for 6-7 people. Very friendly staff. Pool table was not so maintained, if asked beforehand, the staff cleans the swimming pool also. The hotel is at the entrance of core forest of Tala, Bandhavgarh and they also contact government safari cars. Amazing experience!

Though the premises of the resort not so large, its surrounding is beautiful.Rooms are spacious. Food is very good. Service of the staff is very very good. All the time they are all on your service. Safari jeep is at your door in the right time. More over whenever you need any help, you just ring to R Agarwal and he will solve all your problems.

I loved my stay in this resort! Staff is very polite, friendly and cooperative. The rooms are beautiful and the food is delicious. Climate is very cold , hot water facility is good in resort. All these 5 stars are for the Resort, staff and the service

We asked them to get bhune huye aaloo so they immediately arranged for it. It was very cold but just due to the beauty of the resort, we jumped into the pool which was very clean! All these 5 stars are for the staff and the service

The resort is an average one. Poorly maintained. Although check-in time is 12 noon. Rooms were not ready till 2.30 pm. On requesting the manager who is not available on site, we were promised that rooms r getting arranged. Our Senior citizen members had to wait in the open for 3 hrs. We were able to contact the owner Mr. Agarwal around 1.30pm ( who seems to be a late riser) to arrange for some accomodation for the senior citizens. He also asked us to wait and threatened us to leave the property if we are unable to wait further. He also threatened to cancel our Safari bookings which were done through them. We had to plead repeatedly and fall on our knees as we had no other option but to leave Bhandabgarh. They charge much more for the safari booking compared to other hotels. Different members of our group got to go in different zones. Same zones were repeated in half of the members of our group. Worst experience of my life. A big blotch in the name of Hospitality.
