Best hotel in Balaghat, Room,& Service are very Good.

Services are very good in this hotel and rooms are very clean and luxury

As a first time traveler in India I ended up in this hotel because the entire town's hotels where booked by an event called world bee day. Luckily enough Vaidya Regency managed to squeeze me in and even if it seemed impossible at first, extended my stay for the additional two days I needed. The staff has been nothing but absolute sweethearts and have given me the best service I've ever had. If you happen to cross balaghat and don't know where to stay, go for this hotel! Especially if you're on a budget - the private rooms are very affordable! Also they have a restaurant just next door which allow for the high level of service with room delivery if you want breakfast, a coffee or just anything!

All the staff are very humble and soft speaking. Nice place to stay.

Room was not properly cleaned, full of mosquitoes, AC was not working properly. Had to force them to switch on the AC. They cheated us by giving Rs 990 room and then charging for 1290 room. The pillow cover was not clean. I requested rhem to change it. It was changed but only after I had reminded rhem to do so for 3 timea over phone. No intercom available in room. Third class service. Not at all recommended. Food was badly prepared. One of my worst experiences.

Hotel is very good. It is comfortable for high and low budgets. Hotel location is at the center of balaghaat. Rooms are very very good, I will give them 4.5 out of 5. Service is also very good and friendly, staff is well trained and very professional. For service 4.8 out of 5. Overall very good hotel, it is one of the famous hotel in bala ghar.

Being in balaghat the hotel is good ...they give u a satisfactory service and location is good too. The complimentary breakfast was a surprising thing which we got there and aalo paratha was good in taste too. This hotel is good over all and u won't be disappointed unless it's really a bad luck for you.
