Hotel is very good and service was very fast good but 1 thing we didn't not like they don't provide breakfast buffet otherwise this hotel is very good .plus safe bhi hai.

Stayed here for 3 Nights, more than satisfied. The real strength of this property is it's location, which is very convenient, easy to visit everywhere from here. Clean and convenient rooms, room size is also quite big. Wish them all the best for future.

Food quality and quantity both were up to the mark, however ambiance needs improvement. Another negative Point is they only accept cash.

We had to live here recently. Due to cold atmosphere outside, we did not use AC in the room. We had got room at 2nd floor above their kitchen. We got irritated because of the smell of cooking and masalas. Other wise hotel is good.

Hotel is good & located on main road. Rooms are good. Stayed in Royal Platinum room at 4th floor which is best room of this hotel facing the large lawn. Breakfast is complementry. ||Only hotel in Balaghat with safe car parking. I usually travel in my own car, so I prefer such hotel which have safe car parking.|| Resturant of this hotel serves only Vegetarian food. The food is good and little spicy. Room service is also avaliable.. ||Complementry breakfast has limited menu, comprising mainly of south indian dishes but taste of sambhar was not good, it was too sweet for a typical south indian break fast.. Besides this puri sabji and some paratha was also avaliable...||Balaghat is a town which is located at such a place from where traveller can go to famous Hill Station " PACHMARI", famous Tiger Reserve "KANHA & also to Jabalpur for visiting Bhedaghat and Dhuadhar waterfall. And this hotel in Balaghat is good place to take break for lunch for all those travellers particularly travelling from Chattisgarh state.||The only problem which I faced with this hotel was regarding booking, because their landline phone was dead.
