Whatta a lovely lunch we had. Best place in Balaghat and value for money too. Buttermilk, kulcha almost every dish was well made. Big AC restaurant. Bathroom are small though.

Worst service ever, Management and owner both don't have any kindness, No safety of your vehicles parked in their premises. They are not good inside hotel and room services too. Don't have manners, how to deal with customers/guests. Only having big name, don't have any good things. I stayed there and parked my vehicle outside, In morning my car back bumper was damaged. They are not taking responsibility for that, Even the owner is with full of ego, he didn't received my call full day.

Not good hotel. I stay there n not sleep full night due to mosquitoes and there is no arrangements in all out n all . Even room service is very very slow . If u want healthy stay then go for other options.

The room is Good and clean but Breakfast is very disappointing and the hotel staff is inexperienced.

Worst experience of my life, first of all they will book you a table without checking the capacity and when you reach their with your family then they will behave rudely and ask you to wait for dinner even after booking the table before. Even after that then slow service bad taste and no customer interaction in between your dinner. I suggest not to visit here

Hotel Grand Kamal With respect to room space and amenities it's wow. Only improvement needed is food

Worst Management and the rude behaviour of the manager is what I experienced in my first visit,I suggest everyone not to visit. If u want to waste your time then only look forward to it.
