Hotel Anand

The behaviour of the manager is disastrous and very rude. He behave like he is giving rooms for free. No drinking water in rooms, you have to go down to ground floor to collect water. Washrooms are awful, very stinky. Even you can not close doors in rooms, locks do not work. Rooms are without ventilation. Only corner rooms has windows. You even can not open those windows because of mosquitos.

Pathetic rooms , dirty , insects and the management is so rude and misbehaving attitude... Doest provide any neat bedsheets nor towels... Hotel is a disaster

The hotel was average. The receptionist was also not helpful and rude. Their behavior was bad. The rooms were small. The price was higher than the room's worth. The bedsheets were dirty. The rooms were congested. The AC rooms were just okay, not great. There was no cleaning. I would not recommend staying here. Try other hotels.

I don't like the behaviour of reception and stafe's behaviour they are not saported with us

I have stayed in this hotel during my journey from Delhi to Chhattisgarh. I checked in on 11-08-17 and checked out on 12-08-17. The hotel is located at the entrance of balaghat. The room no.33. The room was spacious with Air conditioner and TV. But the hotel doesn't have its own restaurant. And surprisingly there is non existent room service in hotel. The room didn't have any phone. Neither there is any towel or soab or toothpaste in the toilet, though the toiler was ok. There is no designated parking space. The balcony was clumsy. There is no view from any of the room since it is located in a market. The serving person was courteous but was available till evening then there was non. Free water was served. outside food was very cheap and good quality. Overall it is meant for a night stay and nothing more.

Good hotel to see. Good atmosphere. Nice room setup. Nice interiors to see. window wive is adequately Better to see as well as better to ventilation and adequate sunlight. All the curtains and bedsheets, blankets, pillows are neat and clean. Thanks!
