Kanha Jungle Resort

We stayed at Kanha Jungle Resort this week for 2n/3d, and the memories will last forever. The resort has a rustic earthen feel, tucked amidst natural green surroundings, 10 minutes from Mukki gate. The tent-like cottages have all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. Most importantly, all the staff are extremely helpful and courteous- the owner Pankaj-ji, Raju, Chandni, and one more lady. They patiently attended to all our requirements - personally helping with the last-minute formalities of the safaris, arranging refreshments at our requested times etc.|How to forget the cute little doggy Henna!||Have been to many hotels over the years, but the personal touch and hospitality we received at this simple resort will remain forever in our memories!||Strongly recommended!

From the moment we began planning our trip, Krishna, the owner and manager, ensured that everything was seamlessly arranged. He took the time to understand our preferences, recommended the perfect schedule, and helped us book our transfers and safaris, making our arrival completely hassle-free. Despite reaching the property at 5 AM, Krishna was there to warmly welcome us with a delicious cup of tea--a gesture that perfectly set the tone for our stay. Every detail at the lodge was thoughtfully curated, making us feel comfortable and at home. The resort itself is a haven of tranquility. As soon as we set foot on the property, we felt a deep sense of peace. The surroundings are lush and vibrant, often visited by playful monkeys and majestic hornbills. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and well-equipped with air conditioning and hot water, ensuring a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the food--homemade, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Each meal felt like a warm, home-cooked experience, adding to the charm of the stay. But what truly made this trip unforgettable was Krishna's hospitality. He went beyond being just a host; he made us feel like part of his family, introducing us to his friends, sharing snacks and beers, and creating moments of genuine connection. We spent a week at Kanha Jungle Resort, and it quickly became one of our favorite holidays ever. The attention to detail, the aesthetic beauty of the property, and the warmth of the people made this a truly special experience. If you're looking for a place that offers both adventure and heartfelt hospitality, this is the perfect destination. We can't wait to return!

I stayed at **Kanha Jungle Resort** from Jan 10-13th for my Photography workshop safari camp, and it was an amazing experience. The property had the perfect vibe for our workshop, surrounded by nature and tranquility.||Mr. Krishnan, the owner, was an incredible host, ensuring everything went smoothly, especially with the safaris. He really went the extra mile for us. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff, mostly from the local village, was super friendly and attentive.||The food was great, with three delicious meals a day. They even packed breakfast for us before early morning safaris. Additional perks like free laundry service, warm towels after safaris, and a refreshing lemon-ginger honey drink made the stay even better.||Highly recommend for a perfect safari experience with great hospitality!

In three visits over the last 15 years, with a total stay of over two months, I have never had a better impression of the accommodation in India. Kanha jungle tale resort became our home for three nights. Despite the occasional language barrier, it has always been the clear mission of all the staff to do everything possible to make our stay perfect. When they served us at the meal, we felt like royalty. They cleaned our lodge twice a day, during the morning safari and then during the dinner when getting ready for the night, when they prepared our bed and put in it heating bottles with hot water. Mr. Krishnan arranged for us on request a permit and everything necessary for a safari not only in Kanha, but also for our stay in Bandhavgarh, where he compensated for the lack of communication from the accommodation, which we originally thought to use (and then changed to communicative one). I believe that we will be happy to return to the beautiful Kanha National Park one day and then we will certainly use this accommodation again without a second thought.

The owner, Krishnan Ji, is an exceptional and welcoming host. Along with him, the staff--Pinky, Bharat, Sunil, and other team members--are extremely courteous, making you feel at home at the resort. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and equipped with excellent amenities. The bathroom is large and clean, meeting good standards. The food is delicious, with a variety of tasty curries cooked in a homely way, ensuring you don't miss the comforts of home. The property is also well-maintained, providing a serene experience amidst nature. The Mukki Gate for the core safari is nearby, as well as the buffer zone at Khapa Gate. Overall, the location is excellent, and for wildlife enthusiasts, this place is truly a blessing and highly recommended.

My first time experience in Kanha National Park!||I am super enthralled by the forest and beauty. It just got more amazing with the stay!!||This is a very peaceful place to enjoy the stay with amazing food and great service. Just 2.5 KM away from Mukki gate which is an advantage.||Thank you Mr Krishnan for being a wonderful host! I would also like to specially mention Mr Shiva (Chef) for his amazing and lovely food. Mr Raju for taking care of us well.||I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who is planning to visit Kanha.

It was my 7th visit to kanha national park Each time stayed at different places. This time it was Kanha jungle resort owned by one my friends and looked after by Mr.krishan an amazing personality with tremendous amount of experiences running resorts in the vicinity, I was surprised by his own attendance for welcoming us along his colleagues with welcome drinks. I felt so obliged by his hospitality. The staff with smiley faces, excellent services and delicious food. Would recommend anyone. Thanks team kanha jungle resort.

The owner, Krishnan Ji, is an exceptional and welcoming host. Alongside him, the superhero naturalist Mr. Sarvana is highly knowledgeable and engaging, especially when discussing wildlife. Their caring nature makes you feel right at home at the resort.||The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and equipped with good amenities. The bathroom is large and clean, just the way I like it. The food is delicious and prepared with less oil, making it a healthy option.||The nature trail and Mukki Gate for the core safari are nearby, as well as the buffer zone at Khapa Gate.
