Hotel Chandralok

I usually stay at this hotel for an overnight halt during my journey from Nagpur to Bihar. Its location makes it a convenient stop for me. I really like the location, and the rooms, food, and service are also good.

What do I say, when I come in the room WIFI stops working again u have to go out wait then it will work, what's use of the wifi then. Some things are missing and no carpets I'm so disappointed right now. WASTE OF MONEY

Super taste, punjabi style. Ambience is very good. In this trip of three days this is the best dhaba. Staff n owner are very friendly. I celebrated my birthday too here. People passing this way it's a must place to enjoy food

Service is not good for this hotel. Also behaviour of the receptionist and the manager is worst. They don't know how to talk to a customer. Service is way too slow. I ordered tea and till 3 hrs i didn't get the tea in my room. When i again called, then they brought it. Also they have only specific dishes to serve and they don't have which is in the menu. Housekeeping staff and restaurant staff behaviour is good. But the behaviour of one guy on the reception is not good. We booked the room on call and paid full price, but when we reached there and asked for extra bed, he didn't check in unless we paid for it. We told him we will pay during checkout since it's like this for all the hotels. But the guy didn't accept and asked to pay for extra bed even before checking into the room. We travelled for 8-9 hrs and we just wanted to rest, but the way of his talking was also not good which pissed us off. Also for room service they are not ready to prepare snacks. So if you come here for stay, please order food from swiggi or Zomato.

Bad food quality and serve stale food. And we ordered tawa roti which turned into hard thick papad in 2 mins

This hotel owner and staff doesn''t have empathy or kindness towards the potential customers. We had inquired for the rooms and offered to pay whatever the charges but they denied citing non availability. We were traveling towards Kota from our personal car and very tired. Two ladies of our five people group wished to go for washroom but their reception staff clearly defined saying the same was under maintenance. We got to know from some people outside hotel that they intentionally put a signboard of 'Under Maintenance' to stop the people using it. Really shameful attitude...

Mr. Satnam Singh is a very good host. He is personally available to look after the guests. Rooms are clean, food is very good and the location is just before the entry to the city on Prayagraj - Jabalpur high wa.

We had food at their restaurant and it was good just that on expensive side. we had palal paneer and paneer in red gravy with roti. Then makke di roti and sarso da saag which was good. And veg pulav was average. Also took chaas which was very very expensive that was 90/- for per glass. This was not justified as per the price. Rest food was good. Service was slow and needs improvement in it.
