Nice place to stay in reasonable price. Rooms were clean and staff was readily available for any need. Owner mr. Gautam himself was very polite and humble person. They don't provide food, but food can be ordered from nearby restaurant in rooms itself.

Good hospitality, food if we order we get, but if u walk down close by we get home made food , it's a big place for marraiges too. Well kept room, hot water was available anytime, AC was working fine. Good customer service, no hassle. If you want taxis they arrange for it. We had been to VIT Bhopal, from airport to Surana Rs.1650 must be charged..earlier on 1st day we paid a little more...At night its cooler, during day it's not humid..but tend to drink lots of water. So need to be hydrated. SURANA OVERALL WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE, SHALL VISIT AGAIN INCASE HAVE TO GO AGAIN TO BHOPAL, (Asta)

I love this place so much... Whenever I will get a chance to visit Aasta again I will come here definitely because I like the peacefull environment..greenry and higenic rooms and supportive staff..who is always be ready to help...I will give you my % rating and reviews to this place and staff as well.. in the small area surana palace giving luxury facilities...

Friendly staff friendly stay family lodge nice facility

A newly built Hotel...Rooms were very good neat and clean with all facility. They were charging appropriately as per room facilities, but it was appearing bit more as far as a small town Astha is concerned.

Third class staff no manure how to talk with guests, and they charge extra for towels as they only allow one towel for whole guessts. How pathetic it is to use wet towels. They need to learn some ethics of hotel industry. Never visit again for sure.

Nice place to stay. Good room service. Comfortable and prices are reasonable. Very helpful and friendly owner.
