The room I stayed in was spacious with a large bathroom. The TV was not working. Food is good but very limited breakfast options. Room tariff is little on the higher side.

Staff behaviour is very bad. But overall it's a good experience.

Place is good but as they charge Rooms are not up to the Mark

The staff working in the restaurant are rough in behaviour. They don't know how to deal with customer's for the general inquiry by the customer. Yesterday we went to the restaurant the MRP of plain soda bottle was 20 but they charged 60 for general inquiry we asked why is this so? They replied, "May be you have attended the restaurant in life for the first time" It was very offensive but I didn't reply anything. I just came here to give the review and restaurant manager please take a disciplinary action against it.

Not good experienced. Rood was not upto the mark. need some modifications or addition like chair, stand in bathroom to keep soap,shampoo etc. Service team should trained. Complementary breakfast is only for selected items in which you have to order then they will prepare.

Great place with awesome food. A perfect place in the centre of Anuppur to hangout with friends and family. Taste is awesome with sufficient portion size. Veg and non veg variety is well covered in their menu. As far as rooms are concerned, rooms are good with all facilities available. Staff is very cooperative.

Location approx 1 km away from Anuppur Railway Station. Staffs are well mannered and helpful. Room is quite spacious, neat and tidy. But Bathroom was outdated and not cleaned well.Exclusive Bar&Restaurant functioning underground.

The hotel looks big from outside and you will feel like, you are going to a good hotel, but bathrooms can be better, cleanliness can be improved. Also the service was not appropriate, I asked for tea , they gave coffee. They can become much more professional. And yes blankets were pathetic.
