The only positive aspect was the location, which is convenient. However, everything else was below expectations -- from cleanliness to service quality. I would not recommend this hotel unless you are solely looking for a well-located place and are okay compromising on comfort and hospitality. It's good for Marrige hall not for stay

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The food at the restaurant was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. Location is also great -- close to major attractions and easy to access. Our conference was managed excellently. Great arrangements, delicious food, and smooth coordination. Special thanks to Front Office Manager Sanjay Dwivedi for ensuring everything went perfectly. I would definitely prefer this place again..We organised one event with the name of Lions club , we got a great assist from the staff specially Preet helped us alot , the whole event was organised so well and went successfully and everything went smoothly fine. We had a very comfortable stay at Royal Orbit. Rooms were quite spacious with very wonderful interior. Their in house MP 20 restaurant offered wide range of foods and there chinese cuisine is must try. Overall satisfied with our stay here.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. While the hotel's exterior looks nice, the rooms and amenities are a letdown. The rooms are not well-maintained, and the washrooms are incredibly small. Overall, the hotel's poor condition and lack of attention to detail made for a subpar stay. Unless you're just looking for a place to crash and don't mind overlooking these issues, I'd recommend exploring other options.

I like the overall vibe of this place . Winter green rooms are pretty spacious... And the breakfast was decent. The hotel is far from city and airport (on highway) . So it's convenient if you have your own vehicle to come here.

We have celebrated many events with Royal Orbit and they were always meticulously planned and executed. Recently we celebrated a birthday in the lawn. Simran from the management helped us a lot by giving us a table arrangement. Alisha Lyngdoh from the service team was especially efficient and quick at her job. I would like to commend her service. The taste of the food was very good. We ordered Indian cuisine. It's one of the best pure vegetarian restaurant in Jabalpur. We will surely visit again.
