Angkasa Ladakh Resort

We had an absolutely delightful stay at Angkasa Resort in Saboo village, Leh during last week of April 25. Nestled in a serene, secluded location surrounded by snow-clad mountains, this resort is a perfect retreat for anyone looking to disconnect from the noise and rush of city life. Though slightly on the outskirts of the main town, that's exactly what we were looking for--and it did not disappoint. The resort offers breathtaking views from every corner. We stayed on the ground floor, which I highly recommend. The rooms are thoughtfully designed with an additional living area where you can relax in the evenings while still enjoying the magnificent views right from your window. First-floor rooms have a terrace in-place of living room, but the ground floor setup offers unmatched comfort, especially when it's chilly outside. The staff were extremely courteous, the food was delicious, and the service was prompt throughout our stay. A little bit of maintenance here and there wouldn't hurt, but it didn't impact our experience in any significant way. One thing to note is that the last stretch to the resort involves a bit of off-roading. It's located in Saboo village, so we suggest clearly communicating the location to your taxi driver beforehand, some may charge extra for the location, although in our case, that didn't happen. We stayed here during our acclimatization days and rented a bike to explore the nearby areas, which was very convenient and enjoyable. In short, Angkasa Resort is a hidden gem for travelers seeking peace, natural beauty, and authentic hospitality. We left feeling recharged and grateful for the experience. Highly recommended!

We stayed here back in the august of 2024 during my ladakh ride. Since it was towards the end of the season we were the only ones in the entire resort for the first 2 nights. Rooms: They have 2 kind of rooms, the one on the upper floor has a terrace and for the bottom the terrace is replaced with a living room. The rooms are spacious quite tastefully done and luxurious. The upper rooms have a good view of the mountains. SO do the ground floor ones but not as expansive. The rooms were also spotless. Service: The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. One of the best if not the best service i have received in a hotel. Since it was just us they served us the buffet in the room. we had to just choose from each category what we wanted to eat. The server made multiple trips up and down from the restaurant. Which is quite the work at this altitude. They served us with enthusiasm and happiness. We came back to this resort after roaming pangong, nubra etc. Food: As i said the buffet system was not on so they served individual dishes in the room. The food was absolutely delicious and comforting. Just what you need after a long day of adventure. Location: The location is the good and the bad. Good because its nestled amongst the mountains away from the hustle and bustle of the city. SO the views and vibe are immaculate. Its bad because of the very same reason. Nothing is close by. Leh city is about 20 minutes away. So exploring the city from this hotel wouldnt be ideal. Also the last stretch of road is a dirt patch which is very desolated and feels a bit scary at night because its pitch dark. If you are visiting ladakh and dont the location of this hotel i would highly recommend it. Its and absolute gem. And since we went towards the end of the season we good a really good deal as well.

This resort is the perfect getaway! The serene environment, coupled with top-notch service, made our stay unforgettable. The sunset views from our balcony were simply amazing. Highly recommend this resort for a peaceful retreat.

This resort exceeded our expectations! The rooms were spacious and clean, and the private beach was pristine. We loved the variety of activities available, from snorkeling to yoga classes. Can't wait to return!

I had the pleasure of staying at Angkasa Ladakh Resort organised by Travel Selection Delhi and I had a great time. The staff was was very warm, helpful, courteous and really hospitable. Service was exceptional and they ensured the safey and comfort of us. Even the owner of resort himself take care of all the guest and asked about their health. Food was awesome with many varieties. Location is also good and quite as it is little bit away from noise of city. I highly recommended this resort

This hotel is like an oasis. The surroundings are awful, full of garbage. But, once you enter its yard, everything changes. Green grass, elegance, great food, good service, nice and spacious rooms. The only thing that's missing is a place in the shadow, where you can stay to relax and read a book.

What a fantastic resort! The tropical surroundings made us feel like we were in paradise. The rooms were luxurious, and the dining options were superb. We'll definitely be back for another visit!

The resort is beautiful and well-maintained. We enjoyed the infinity pool and the sunset views. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi in our room was spotty at times. Other than that, everything was perfect
