Best hotel I could ever stay ' the chairman Mr. Rinchen was so polite & helpful ' rooms are clean & cozy ' Thank you Royals hills Ladakh . Great Experience

It's located in the main area so pretty much all the things needed can be found nearby. The best thing about this hotel is it's food. They have got some of the best Chefs it seems. We stayed in 5 different spaces but the food here tasted the best. The rooms are comfortable but we did have some issues with hygiene at the start which the hotel staff took care of immediately. Although we expect it to be always made sure that cleanliness and hygiene are the most important thing in any stay. The staff is well matured and helpful. Definitely consider it if visiting Ladakh. Also, try booking directly with them for good prices instead of agents.

We had Very good experience, i had stayed for 3 nights along with my family. It's a new property, Rooms are clean and big. Smart TV with internet connection you can enjoy OTT. Staff also very supportive and humble. For family it's good option to stay. Overall I had an excellent experience!! We had Very good experience, our group stayed for 2 nights. It's new property, Rooms are clean and big. Smart TV with internet connection you can enjoy OTT by just login. Staff also very supportive and humble. Food timing is bit tight for dinner but staff bit flexible and food for me is ok. For family it's good option to stay. View from room depends which facing room they allot you.

Decent and professional staff in this hotel, especially Mr Vivek Chauhan who is the team leader ( Receptionist) is transparent and dedicated to his job, he is always available with a single call. Rooms are spacious and well designed, comfortable as well. In my opinion, Parking facilities required to be improved Overall experience with Royal Hills remains in the heart with pretty notes. It's very much pleasant experience to stay...it's very close to airport and market...rooms near and clean....food ..we got as per choice....Vivekji is very dedicated to his job ..he attend the call without single delay and very co operative... specially thanks to him...I recommend to stay there ...it's good to stay ...
