Mantra Cottage, Ladakh

This charming boutique hotel offers stunning views from every room, with a picturesque mountain stream running alongside the property and breath-taking snow-capped peaks in the distance. The staff is exceptionally warm, always greeting you with a smile and going out of their way to help. While the property could benefit from a bit more maintenance in certain areas, the friendly team, delicious food, and spectacular scenery more than make up for it. It's a nice for a peaceful and relaxing getaway! Please note that this is a place that is quit far from anything, so you would need to plan your transportation accordingly. (if you call for a cab to the hotel its quite a rip of in regards to coast)

The location of the hotel is amazing. You get to see a picturesque view and the valley including to the snow bound mountains. The rooms were spacious, neat and tidy. The view from the rooms was also appealing. Services were upto the mark. Breakfast and Dinner facility was also good There was variety plus taste. Staff was really cooperative and friendly.

Mantra Cottagy in Leh was a great place to stay. The ambiance was wonderful, and the view from my balcony room was amazing. The food was really tasty, and the service was excellent. I was especially happy when they made 'Chhas' (Buttermilk) for our whole group. Overall, I was very satisfied with the food and service at Hotel Mantra, and it was a highlight of my trip.

Room was quite spacious with fantastic views of the snow capped mountains. Very friendly staff. Good food. Hot water available 24*7. Can walk to Shanti Stupa from here and take the stairs. Glass water bottles were provided in the room which could be refilled, which is great to reduce plastic waste.. Room walls were quite thin and light from the corridor streamed within the room which was slightly disturbing.

Had an excellent stay at Mantra cottage in Leh. The rooms had a beautiful view of the snow capped mountains in the distance. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hospitality which included the house keeping staff, room service and the Restaurant was warm and accomodating. Loved the personal attention given to us in checking with our food requirements and catering to our needs. Also we were guided very well with our nine days on WhatsApp to see and how best to cover the various points of interest. All in all a trip most memorable made even special by the staff and management of Mantra Cottage Leh .

This is an amazing place for people who enjoy home-like environment with extremely fun loving and caring people! The vibe of this place is immaculately beautiful, hygienic, and they take care of all the needs, making sure our stay is comfortable. I have made so many memories here and You'll definitely leave with a smile on your face! The owner is very helpful and cooperative .kudos to the hospitality by Mr jimmy .

Stayed at Mantra cottage for 3 nights in June 2023. Had read decent reviews for this hotel so requested for the same while making the bookings to the travel agent. Our stay was just above average in this hotel. The best part of the hotel is the view from the room. It was absolutely gorgeous! The rooms are decently sized, however the beds could be a little more comfortable. Hot water was a constant issue during out stay, especially in the evenings. We to do continuously call the reception and even then they could not resolve the issue completely. Food was average, could be better. Also, they do not have a proper kitchen to order food 24/7. Apart from their set meals they just have some snacks and this isn't really appealing for guests. Overall, our stay was full of mixed emotions - would call it an average stay.
