The service provided was excellent. The food was healthy, tasty, and of high quality. The staff was polite and courteous. Cleanliness was well-maintained throughout. The location was convenient, and the room ambiance was pleasant. The room itself was spacious and beautifully designed.

Hotel looks newly built with decent amenities however network connectivity is poor. The hotel was understaffed and really rude people. They have no manners to talk to guests and treated us as if they were doing us a favour by serving us. Food options in buffet extremely limited. Stayed at many hotels during my trip however this seemed to be the worst. There are plenty of hotels in Leh, therefore from my experience I would not recommend it.

This hotel truly lives up to its 5-star rating. From the luxurious rooms to the fine dining options, everything was exquisite. The spa was a highlight, offering a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing.

Rooms were clean, had adequate space, fine view from the balcony. Located around 1km from Leh Market (Uphill). Breakfast & Dinner buffet didn't have many options, had homely food taste (not like a restaurant). Point for elder people - there's no lift in the hotel. (Total floors: 2)

The hotel was decent, but there were a few issues. The Wi-Fi was spotty, and the room service took longer than expected. However, the staff was friendly and the location was great. With a few tweaks, this could be a fantastic hotel.

We initially booked stay for 2 days and ended up staying for 2 more days. Clean and well maintained rooms with a very warm service. Infact we were upgraded on the 4th day as there was some confusion while booking on the site from my end. Complimentary breakfast was good and the restaurant served some good food in the evenings. Overall, I would highly recommend this place :)
