Stayed at Hotel The Leh during the winter months, and my stay was nothing short of exceptional. The staff was incredibly supportive, ensuring a comfortable experience despite the harsh cold. They provided heat bags, extra blankets, and were always ready to assist with any requests. A special mention to Ms. Stinzin at the front desk--she was super sweet, very supportive, and always available to help with anything we needed. Her warm hospitality made the stay even more pleasant. The room amenities were top-notch. I had a heated room, and the staff even provided additional heaters during the day to keep it extra cozy. The cleanliness and comfort of the room added to the overall experience. One of the biggest advantages of staying here is the location. Leh Market/Mall Road is just a 2-3 minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient to explore the local shops, cafes, and restaurants. Overall, The Leh is an excellent choice for anyone visiting during the winter or any season. The combination of great hospitality, comfortable rooms, and a prime location makes it a perfect stay in Leh!

I recently stayed at The Leh Hotel for three nights and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect -- just 3 KM from Leh Airport and it is just walking distance from main market. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed, including a fast Wi-Fi connection and a beautiful view of the city skyline. Room service was prompt and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job every day. Need to improve food quality little bit. Overall, I highly recommend The Leh Hotel to anyone visiting the area -- great value for money, excellent service, and a very comfortable stay!

Good property, good service by all the staff especially by the Captain and Saifu. Food was good. Captain made sure we ate well. Other staff also took good care. Except for the bathrooms, taps were not working fine, everything about the hotel was good. They even accommodated on the ground floor on request. Highly recommended. One request. Please feed the strays outside your hotel. They are not fed well and no water is provided. This will not cost you extra but will leave good impression on the visitors that the staff is kind and caring

It's an amazing property with a fantastic location- mins on foot to the market . The rooms wear neat and clean ,24/7 hot water And staff is definitely a credit to this hotel - extremely helpful,polite and go an extra miles for you . A special thanks to Miss Stinzin for making our stay comfortable- I would say she's the most adorable and helpful receptionist I've met ever , during our stay she made sure that we are comfortable and providing us the kind of food we want . Overall , I would recommend you this hotel if you're planning to visit Leh Ladakh.

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel The Leh during the end of April, and my experience was truly exceptional. Despite the challenging cold weather conditions, the staff ensured a remarkably comfortable and pleasant stay. From providing hot water bags, hot air blowers, extra blankets and oxygen support, to promptly attending to every request, their attentiveness and dedication to guest comfort were commendable. A special mention must be made of Ms. Stinzin at the reception, whose warm and supportive demeanor significantly enhanced our stay. She was consistently available, courteous, and went above and beyond to assist us whenever needed. The in-house restaurant, managed by Captain Chhetri, added a warm, homely touch to the experience. His thoughtful care and hospitality made us feel well looked after, like a guardian ensuring that everything ran smoothly. The food was delicious, and the overall dining experience was thoroughly satisfying. The room amenities were of a high standard--clean, well-maintained, and designed to ensure a restful stay. In addition, the hotel's location is a major advantage, being just a short 2-3 minute walk from Leh Market. This made it incredibly convenient to explore the local area, shops, cafes, and attractions on foot. In summary, Hotel The Leh offers an ideal blend of comfort, hospitality, and location. Whether you're visiting in winter or any other season, I highly recommend this property for an enjoyable and stress-free stay in Leh.

This is one of the best stays I have had in Leh. Recommended to all families to have a warm pleasant stay. Hotel staff are very very patient to support guests with any queries. Special mention to the Hotel Front desk Ms. Stinzin and her team. Very very warm and graceful. Coming to Food: very hygienic, clean and and as required when traveling. Very good Chai!! I have had plenty of cups. I definitely plan to come back to this property only!!

Absolutely loved my 5 days stay here. The rooms are nice with a good view. Food was amazing! The whole staff is very nice. The service is amazing. The receptionist and the kitchen staff deserves a salary raise!
