Hotel The Kaal, Leh, Ladakh

Had a truly memorable experience during my stay! The room was neat cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast exceeded my expectations fresh, tasty, and plenty of choices. What really made the difference was the amazing Nasim teams & staff - always friendly, courteous, and ready to assist with a smile. The property itself is stunning, peaceful and perfectly maintained. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay

My stay at this hotel was excellent! The room was very comfortable and well-maintained. The breakfast was amazing with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. What stood out the most was the All staff -- every single person was extremely polite, helpful, and welcoming. The property itself is beautiful wellkept,and in a great location. I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back again

We had a great stay here. The room looked exactly like the pictures--clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We booked the Executive Room, and it had a beautiful view of the mountains, which made our stay even more special.||The food at the restaurant was amazing. Every meal was fresh and tasty--I ended up eating a lot because it was so good. Nazim, the restaurant manager, took very good care of us. He made sure we had everything we needed and that we were always comfortable.||On the first night, the staff even called us to check if we were feeling okay with the high altitude and asked if we needed oxygen. It was really thoughtful and made us feel safe and cared for.||The hotel staff were polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. The location is also great and peaceful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Leh. It's a perfect place to relax and enjoy the views.

Had a great experience at the kaal hotel. The rooms are spacious and have all the facilities required to beat the cold. The staff is very helpful and cooperative. Would especially like to mention Anu and Nasim. Anu helped us a lot with the itinerary and booking cabs. Made it super convenient for us. View is great from all the directions. Food is good and reasonably priced. Breakfast and dinner buffet is limited in choice but very well prepared and tasty food.

Restaurant Manager Nasim was really helpful and attentive The staff are so caring and available at all times even at night Good hotel to Acclamatize in Leh. Hospital just 10mins away , and staff helps to get you to hospital asap if you get AMS. Room and bathroom were clean . Heated rooms are available if required. Heated water available 24hrs. Main point was the tasty and healthy food available which is necessary during acclamatization. All the staffs were polite and friendly. The hotel is set in a beautiful location. From the terrace you get panaromic views of the leh city nestled in between the majestic mountains.

We had an incredibly comfortable stay that was perfect for our family. Our room featured a lovely balcony with a breathtaking view . The restaurant manager Nasim, along with staff members Prince, Sunny, Akshay, and Anu at the reception, were all exceptionally attentive and accommodating. They ensured that all our needs were met, making our experience truly memorable. I highly recommend this place--go for it without any hesitation!

Had an amazing stay at The Kaal Resort in Leh! The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers stunning views. The staff was incredibly courteous and helpful throughout our visit. The overall customer service experience was great at Kaal, Leh. Specifically the boys at their restaurant - Nasim, Akshay and Prince were on their toes upon our call anytime of the day. We had some issues in one of the rooms which was alloted to us but was still not completely furnished and looked like a part of the ongoing renovation at the hotel. Being on the 4th floor, we missed elevator big time - it was under construction. The property is beautiful. P.S. Our trip wouldn't be the same without the relaxing hot water showers at the hotel
