Excellent hotel . Great view of mountains from room . A lot of trees in their garden . Staff behavior is very good and friendly . Hotel food was awesome Room service was first class . There is centralised heater . Hot water available whenever one wants .

We felt really welcomed in this amazing family run hotel. The service is impeccable, the food extraordinary and breakfasts in the garden the cherry on top of our stay at Omasila. The staff is extremely kind and always ready to assist in any possible way. Highly recommended!

I used Omasila as a base for my month long stay in Ladakh. Staff are professional and friendly and the rooms are spacious and clean. The restaurant was excellent - so much food. The grounds are amazing with beautiful flower beds and lovely places to relax and socialise. The staff were helpful with luggage storage, laundry and cab bookings and really laid the path for a relaxing and straightforward trip. It's a little way out of town but this provides peace and quiet in the evenings and throughout the night. Not a budget hotel but it will definitely feel like a home away from home.

On our first trip to Leh, this was our base. The yard with ubiquitous roses overlooking the snow clad mountains was delightful! Very central with cafes and stores at a walking distance. As we stayed on, we discovered how wonderful and personable the staff is. Be it enquiring if we had our meals (and making sure we did), providing us meds for mountain sickness, and just overall warmth and kindness really made our trip special. It's a family run place, with lots of staff; they all went above and beyond. Highly recommend this place!

A family-owned hotel. The owner Mr. Phuni and his parents were very welcoming. We got a large, clean, and beautiful view room to stay in for 5 days. The hotel is located in excellent surroundings and beautiful flowers growing on the premises. Staffs were very responsive, courteous, and very helpful. The restaurant serves quality and tasty meals mostly vegetables grown organic by the family. The restaurant staff were also very considerate and assisted us when we enquired about the meals and gave us a variety of selections to choose from. The hotel is located at a walkable distance of the main market. We enjoyed and felt very comfortable and safe with our stay. I would highly recommend the hotel for your stay.

Our group stayed at Hotel Omasila and had an excellent experience. The rooms are large and spacious, and the ones on the upper floors have terrific views of the surrounding mountains. It is set back from the street and very quiet. In addition, it has a lovely private garden to enjoy drinks and food. The restaurant is also excellent, with very good *real* coffee for breakfast and a very nice dinner buffet that varies from day to day. The service in both the hotel and restaurant is friendly and helpful.

Those not seeking 5 star Hotel beds and bathrooms but seeking hospitality and most beautiful natural environs in the Gods own Leh .... THIS IS THE HOTEL TO STAY . Lovely people , Lovely food served from the heart and picturesque Hotel environs ! You cannot expect more than this on this lovely land . Hotel OMASILA team provides you extra oxygen you may feel deprived of on this height . But don't expect 24 hours service on call . Enjoy this Hotel to sink in your soul Ladakh .
