Hotel Namgyal Palace

Absolutely fabulous they've thought of all the details.The rooms are super comfertable. Staff was very cooperative rooms are good clean and well maintained.location is very near to Leh market. Very reasonable. Food is good.it was very homely feel here

Had one of the worst experiences among all our holiday trips. It was literally a nightmare...it was terribly cold (2 degrees) they refused to give us heaters or heated blankets or hot water...the morning we left for the airport, we literally had to beg them for hot water. They said they forgot to put on the UPS / generator and the entire night, till we left, we couldn't charge our phones and literally survived with our phone torch lights to pack and get ready. They treated it as if it was a charity. Dunno if every hotel in Leh is like this or only this one... For sure I Will never recommend this hotel to anybody Because of this nightmarish experience we don't want to visit Ladakh once again in our entire life

Budget friendly hotel with great view. |Staff is super active . Rooms with big space and good clean location is also very good nearby to leh market |All over experience is good . |You have to make a request and they will do it for you guys. |Siting area with lot of space
