A classic example of a great hotel run by poor management. The staff are extremely unprofessional & resort to arguing, back answering to guests. We had senior citizens in the group as well who weren't treated properly. We stayed for 3 days and every day had some issue. No hot water, no drinking water & lack of blankets. They even resorted to putting a blame on a already torn blanket on us. We have traveled enough to know that they are fooling us, but maybe you might not! So be careful. Food was Not up-to the mark. We wouldn't recommend this hotel unless you have nothing else going on for you.

The staff here is very good and the rooms are very clean and there is a staff here named Danish who is a very nice boy and can give you very good service.

A very loving family run this beautiful guest house. The guy Pawan was very helpful and cooked tasty foods for us. They have around 16 rooms and have beautiful garden. Must stay property in Leh. Would love to visit again.
