Crown Himalaya

We have stayed in Hotel crown himalyas in June 2024. Here is our feedback:||1. Property is good, well maintained|2. No complaints whatsoever on cleanliness |3. Only issue i got is the food. During our 4 days stay in the hotel, exactly same kinda food they have offered during Dinner. Breakfast was still better as it had changed items every single day. They should work on diversifying their menu. For the longer stays, you would not like to have the same / similar food everyday.|4. Also apart from being excellent in all other areas, hotel staff at times did turned out to be pretty rude. Such as an example - they always offer normal tawa roti everyday. In our household we have ghee or butter roti so we demanded butter which they have asked for a charge. Cant expect hotel to ask for a smallest butter pack charge which would not even cost 5 rs to them. And that too when we are going for such a high end hotel and not any local lodge or anything.||#3 and #4 needs to be improved.

A clean, organized and beautiful hotel. Our stay was very comfortable, thanks to the staff who were warm, hospitable and helpful to cater to every need or query. The food here is also delicious, especially the Kahwa :) Thank you Crown Himalaya for making our trip memorable!

I really much enjoyed the stay in this hotel. The rooms are spacious with new and stylish furniture. The hotel and very importantly the bathroom have European standards and the service was really good, we were warmly welcomed with tea and biscuits. Extremely friendly staff and delicious breakfast and dinner. Highly recommended to book this accommodation.

Most honestly, we are overwhelmed by the kind of personal attention given by the owners which transcends much beyond just hospitality. Staff is wonderful. Maintenance, cleanliness and hygiene are exemplary. Dining experience is heavenly. Looking forward to visit this lovely abode again and again.

Me and my friend drove to Leh from Delhi via Sonmarg-zozila pass on 25 April, we checked in to the hotel Crown Himalaya in evening. I was really surprised to see all the modern amenities like central heating system , high speed wifi. Rooms were very spacious and at par with any good 4 star hotel in big cities. Housekeeping services were perfect, tea coffee maker with different varieties of tea bags and coffee were in the room. Dinner and breakfast was also very nice. We enjoyed parantha chole bhature , eggs to order was also there . I will surely cone back to this hotel again and also ask my friends to stay in Crown Himalaya in Leh.

I recently stayed at Crown Himalaya and had an incredible experience! The staff was exceptional, the facilities were top-notch, and the parking facility was a big plus. And oh, the view from the rooms! It was absolutely breathtaking. Highly recommended for a perfect stay!
