Sky hotel

We came to the hotel at the evening. Lady in the reception told us, that because it is after 6pm, our room is already rented, and she can offer us more expensive room. It is worth to mention, that we made reservation around 7pm. I think this is just a way of scaming tourists which are in a poor situstion in the night without place to sleep. If overbooking was really a case, she should cancel the reservation, or give the free room in a price we agreed. TLDR they were trying to scum us, asking for extra money for a room. Explanation above.

Very good, budget hotel. Excellent location, basically in the city center, good public transport connections. Very near the Buffet which is an amazing budget friendly eating option. Photos are from a slightly higher in price, 2000 SOM per night, private room. Standard rooms are 1500 SOM per night. Friendly staff, clean premises, free wifi and own bathroom. You won't find better choice in this are in this price range.

Poor customer service. Staff don't speak english for foreign guest. They are asking you to pay amount without telling you for what reason and if you don't pay they will kick you out of the premises. Not recommended for foreign guest.

The room was very good and clean. though a little small. The location was good. The clerk did not give us back change when we paid for the room, though.

Small but cozy hotel , not many aminities. Cleanliness is ok. Nearer to city center.

It's good and their rooms good enough for two couples and needs some renovation.

One staff is very very bad,rude,she don't know how to speak with customer or how to treat,rude,just worst behave.
