Resident Hotel Bishkek

Worstest Hotel in bishkek. If u planning your trip don't ever in your wildest dreams book this hotel. The manager is super rude and shrewd person .inspite having a booking in this hotel we dint get the room on time. We had booked a non smoking room and we got a smoking room. We waited for an hour and then we were allotted. Next day was our chkout. There was a leakage in hotel shataf itself. Despite complaining multiple times and asking them to resolve the issue they conveniently blamed us next day and charged for its cleaning services. The staff ,managemnt and its services are super horrible. I highly don't recommend this hotel if you visiting bishkek

Rooms is spacious. Toilet with bidet. Staff are very friendly. Only thing is breakfast. Limited choices. Not much variation. Overall highly recommend

Very rude staff,service are worst,never recommend this place to any one..room were full of bad smell..there bathroom tubs were leaking... Most important staff is very very rude towards guest..

We got the VIP room which is located on the 6th floor. However the elevator only goes till 5th floor which is weird coz we had to go up the last floor by stairs and considering its a 'VIP' room the no elevator did not really make sense. But the room itself was very spacious, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was super yummy and the staff was very co-operative. The view of the room was also very nice

If you are in a trip to Kyrgo this is your spot for a night before/after flight day. Not close to the airport but a relaxed quit hotel for good sleep.

The rooms are modern, clean and all works well. The Reception friendly and helpful. Ask for the best Price and check the room bevor you book one. If you need somthing call the reception and they will help you. Breakfast is great one of the best, great choise. You can sit on the terasse and enjoy the mountans.

Stay here was comfortable. Rooms, Bed, overall ambience was worth the money. The staff was very co-operative and best part was they were fluent with English which really helped us.
