Foood was not fresh, smell stinky When I asked cook about it she was very rude and aggressively said I don't care, it's today food. She didn't even wanted to check Don't come this hotel

The staff is good rooms are bit small in size but comfortable. The biggest problem is of language. It's difficult for the tourists to communicate with the staff. The food standards are not very high

Everything was perfect here, I would totally recommend you staying in Rixon hotel during your visit to Bishkek. The staff are awesome and they speak good English, they will help you with everything you need such as Sim Card, maps, tips, ordering a taxi. We stayed 3 nights and when we planned to fly back we came and stayed another night. The breakfast is good and delicious, fresh fruits and vegetables. Thank you so much for the great service.

This hotel is a little far from the airport but very good in sense of stay with English speaking staff there rooms are clean and tidy and thew view from the room is really great. I took the deluxe room but there was heater only in the entrance room which was not that powerful to warm the two rooms overall I would say this is a good place to stay. They have restaurant on the ground floor I had spaghetti it was OK.

Decent place. Has breakfast service, not really the best but its fine. Rooms are nice and stocked with basic stuff. Good location.

It was a very good decision choosing Rixon. I have enjoyed the peace and quiet ambiance and the quality service offered in the hotel.|| ||Every staff member with whom I came in contact was attentive, kind and professional including receptionists, room service staff and the rest of the management.

It is very nice and comfortable hotel.Our guests from England enjoyed with they stay.Service is excellent.||||We will choose this hotel in the future.||||And I would highly recommend stay in Rixon if you will be in Bishkek.
