From the outside, as is the case with many establishments in Kyg., the B&B does not seem like much. Up a flight of dimly lit stairs, this guest house has around 8 rooms all on a single floor. The rooms come in configurations of 2 beds and 4 beds. Some have attached bath along with a small sit-out and balcony. The property is clean. Breakfast served is basic but wholesome and freshly made. A brilliant budget option. The only miss is the slightly garish decor and the fact that the property is in a residential building so noise levels are under check. You've got to literally talk in whispers whilst in the common area.

The Bed & Breakfast Hotel has a central, convenient location to explore the town on foot. It is hard to find though (Unmarked door next to a fitness centre) and there is absolutely no English spoken. Good there are translator apps, but after 3 weeks in Kyrgyzstan this was the first place we stayed at with not a word of English and it is the capital of all places - weird. The rooms are lovely, with a balcony area, but wifi only works in the common area. It is easy to walk around town from here, TsUM mall is 5 min away.
Unfortunately this is the first time in 5 weeks traveling that I feel like writing a negative review. The woman who owns the |place is an aggressiv money seeker. ||We asked the night before how much a taxi is to ala archa. She said 400. The next morning she called the 'taxi' (her friend or relative). Now the price was 1000. We made sure it included the park entrance and that he drives us also into the park. We arranged a pickup also, so 2000 in total. At the park the driver asked us to pay 450 for the car to enter the park. We were surprised but could not communicate with him. Therefore when we payed the driver we gave him 1550 (2000 minus 450 that we already paid). He got really aggressive and drove away. In the hotel the owner of the place started shouting to us in Russian, stood in the middle of our room and wouldn't stop shouting or leave until we agreed to pay additional 450 to her. ||Besides this, there are definitely better options to stay in Bishkek. The breakfast was terrible: plain white toast and a plain egg. The rooms are ok: spacious but bed sheets and bathroom half dirty.
our room in this place was really nice and clean with hot water in the shower||We slept well without any disturbing sound||I found Two long hairs on the desk next to my bed||Location is good||We asked for extra toilet paper and shampoo, so we received them without any problem||Overall experience was very good
our room in this place was nice and clean with a real good bathroom and hot water in the shower||We slept well without any disturbing sound||Breakfast was very very simple||I found few hairs on my bed linen||Location is good||The Russian looking Russian speaker lady in the reception was very honest and extremely kind.||Overall experience was very good
Big rooms, very helpful receptionists, clean and decent prices. Breakfast isn't the best but still a good value for money.
good option if you are on a budget. Location is good, breakfast depends from day to day. Cleanliness could be better. All in all, reasonable value for money.
very bad hotel for staying, it's not hotel but something like sauna or beach house
