This resort is a must-visit! From the moment you arrive, the place feels spacious, well-maintained, and totally worth it. The amenities are great--clean pools, a well-set-up grill area for BBQ nights, and plenty of fun activities like indoor games, outdoor sports, and more. The rooms are spacious, cozy, and designed for comfort. Plus, the staff is super friendly and always ready to help, making sure you have the best experience. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful views add to the whole vibe, making it the perfect escape from the usual routine. Whether you're traveling solo, with friends, or with family, this place has everything you need for a fun and relaxing stay. Would I go again? Absolutely. 10/10 experience, highly recommend!

The resort needs a lot of improvement. Rooms need maintenance. The tea cups kept in the room was full of dirt. Pool is not maintained well. The dinner served was not worthy. No taste at all. The breakfast was ok compared to dinner. After settling the room bill we have to ask for getting the physical copy. They are not giving supporting bills also.

I recently visited Lakkidi village resort for our annual meet-up with family and friends. We booked the entire property through an agency to ensure privacy and a comfortable experience. The rooms, food service, and overall amenities were satisfactory. However, there were a few disturbances caused by monkeys, which made us feel uneasy. One major drawback was the lack of a proper meeting hall and sound system, which we had to arrange externally. Unfortunately, despite our agreement for exclusive use of the entire property, the resort management broke the agreement and sold some rooms to other guests. This significantly affected our privacy and made us feel uncomfortable having outsiders present. The most disappointing experience was during checkout. Instead of resolving any concerns through the booking agent or our designated representative, the resort staff blocked us from leaving without prior notice. Their rude behavior and confrontational attitude completely ruined the end of our meet-up. While the property itself is excellent, I cannot recommend this resort due to the poor customer service and lack of professionalism displayed by the management.

Hi We booked this resort for 2days in may 2025 i.e 3rd and 4th. We have paid 14950/- Rooms are smelly Bathrooms are not hygiene. Room cleaning was not done. Some small insects found around the bed. Beds are not having density as it will bend and accordingly your spinal card also will bend and, definitely you will get back pain. There is no hygiene practice here. Due to the above horrible atmosphere, we have vacated next day itself . They have not refunded our balance payment. All these booking and arrangments were made by Wayanad Trip Makers as we were new to Wayanad. I understand from Mr. Sahal , wayanad trip makers that they will refund the money. But they didn't. So keeping everyone to aware that , don't trust any reviews as you will end up with pain and loss of money.

Worst ever experience faced in my life. No respect what so ever. Staff behavior, cleanliness, customer satisfaction- these parameters doesn't has any value for this resort staff. I would tell my story in this resort in a brief. Booked two cottage of 4 full rooms via broker and asked to pay 30% of advance money to broker. Broker gave us confirmation message of payment receipt from resort approving the same. He told us that two cottages with 4 rooms approved in my name and asked us to check in at 2pm. We were late to property at 4 pm but no calls were received from the property asking our arrival status. Once arrived they asked us to pay full amount at the beginning just to enter the room and checkin. Once paid and checked the room, we noticed one cottage doesn't provide the same room as agreed (no toilet attached , no hall , one available toilet in other room having leaking water pipes). Once asked, they told they would give an extra room to cover up this issue or provide another cottage with the same facility as before. We responded okay in case another room can be a good solution however they asked to pay another 4000 rupees for that extra room. We had rejected this and asked to provide another cottage with same facilities as assured before. However they told in next moment that the cottages are full and they don't have any. We had asked for a refund for this cottage as we told we are unsatisfied for the service. Again they refused to refund any money. In the mean time broker were also calling us and trying to talk with the same resort office officials and their head office but nothing meaningful comes out. No room provided as assured, once quickly questioned , told we would give another one, and showed an extra as offer, but in moments changed their tone to pay extra, once we expressed non satisfaction, and refund our money, refused to do so..means merely cheating games only happened.. we had paid 21000 for both cottages..we had no option left out except just to spend the remaining time in the resort. Pls don't choose this resort for any of your outings . It can ruin your entire mood and good times of your vacation.

We stayed there Last week with our family, and it was an unforgettable experience! The cool, misty climate made it more good ,We had a wonderful evening grilling at their grill station, . The pool was a highlight--spacious, and well-maintained. There were plenty of activities for both kids and adults, keeping everyone entertained. Our cottage was comfortable and surrounded by nature, giving us a peaceful and pleasant stay. Highly recommend for a family getaway

The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of amazing. The resort itself is stunning, with beautifully landscaped gardens, crystal-clear pools, and comfortable, stylish rooms. We spent our days lounging by the pool, taking part in the resort's activities, and exploring the surrounding area. What really made our stay stand out, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. The accommodation were clean, perfect and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and attendive, always ready to help with a smile on their face. The food was also good.
