Spacious rooms that are tidy and neat. There is a general-purpose kit, a hygiene kit, and a minibar. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful time staying with my family. Many thanks to the whole team.

Food and accommodation are good,and the hotel ambience are very nice

A perfect business hotel for travelling professionals and families at the same time. The price you pay for the services is more than cost effective with complimentary breakfast. The five star facilities are note worthy. The parking is at the basement which may be a deal breaker for some but we just forgot about it once we entered the hotel. The rooms are ample spaces. An additional bed may cramp the space. But for a family of two adults and a kid under 6 it should be good enough. The amenities are really good with disposable flip flops, shoe shining kit, laundry bag, hangers for blazers and shirts, comfort inside lounge seating with coffee table, thoughtful furniture items, charging ports, plug ins, all purpose kit with thread, buttons, band aid, earbuds, showercap, sanitary bag, shaving kit, comb, brushing kit, soaps, face towels, handtowels, plush bath towels, locker, ironing table with iron. I just can't stop from writing more and more about our stay here. This is the first time a hotel had touched all the right spots. Kudos to the team. I hope they are able to maintain the same quality throughout in the future

Current condition of the hotel there was only 4 star hotel, there were no problems, now when the local liquor store comes, it is always a problem. Please close the liquor store and the existing customers will disappear.

I visited this place for a business meet and they have a fabulous parking area and a fantastic conference hall and other facilities. Although I have conducted many business meetings in Trivandrum, there is no place or hotel provided me such a premium facilities in this affordable price.

Bad service rooms are not clean staff bad aatitude

One of the best rooms property in trivandrum. Situated in vazhimukku junction. Recepetion staffs are eseptional.. New property.. I will suggest this hotel who want to visit vizhinjam and near places. Safe, calm and quiet property...

Had food from restaurant. Service was very neat and friendly. For dinner we will get juice and chips as free starter. Not all food items available as it's just inaugurated. Food taste average .. ordered gee rice and Kerala paratta.. both are not good ... side dish is really good. Beef fry and chicken curry was tasty...
