We had lunch here while travelling from Ooty. Professional staff and very good taste food we had today. Restaurant is well maintained, too clean. Rest rooms are also well maintained and too clean. Thanks to the hotel served good food and fulfill our needs. Prices are really low and very tasty. I appreciated and strongly recommended.

Very bad food. Very costly pricing. Meals with a fish curry costs you 180 with a very average taste. We ordered beef dry fry ans curry. Beef was years old one. Please don't choose this one considering your health and pocket.

It's a review about their restaurant only. Jackfruit juice was amazing. Parrotta and pothu roast was very good. Biryani was average. Very hygienic restaurant. Seating for family was good. Professional staffs. Justified pricing for all items. Will be visiting again.

The restaurant has a great location with scenic views, but the experience was disappointing. The food was tasteless, unhygienic, and we even found hair in it. The staff is untrained and unprofessional, serving food without basic items like spoons. Despite being a new establishment, the interiors are poorly maintained and unhygienic. Hygiene and trained staff are crucial, and both are severely lacking here. Needs a geniune improved service.

The property is excellent and very convenient to stay in. The front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant, and helpful. The property is clean and fantastic, and the food is excellent. The extensive menu features seasonal dishes of a particularly high standard, making it a true fine dining experience.

We recently visited Mountain Pass Hotel and, while the ambiance, parking, and warm welcome were nice, the service was quite poor. When we asked for the menu, we were told it was incomplete. The staff member seemed unsure about available dishes, and we had to repeatedly ask about options. When we ordered a chicken fried rice and a biryani, we also wanted a side dish with chicken. However, the attendant returned to inform us that the fried rice already included chicken, which we already knew. As customers, we should have the option to choose additional dishes without unnecessary comments. It seemed like the staff was unprepared and distracted, and no one else stepped in to assist. Quality customer service is essential, and good ambiance alone isn't enough. We hope management focuses on staff training to improve the overall experience.

Service and food is very good. Especially service staffs. I appreciate their hospitality.
